Demonstrate Your Love For Me

My holy people; isn’t My plan amazing? My plan is not just to have a place for you in heaven. The good news of the Kingdom is that I have made a place inside you for Me! It is time you begin to live that way. No longer robbed by the trappings and limitations of religion, I love for you to be set free to live as I have intended. I long for you to do your will in the earth, demonstrating My goodness for all to see. Demonstrating that I live within you. Demonstrating through genuine acts of love, My goodness for all to see. You were made for more than what religion has tried to teach you. You were made to be My hands, My feet, My voice in the earth. Healing all who are sick, driving out demons, curing every weakness, raising the dead. Freely you have received … it is now high time to freely give.
I have shown you that it is imperative you practice charity. Charity is a practical expression of love. It is not enough to tell people I love them. I want you to demonstrate that I love them and that you love them too. That is why it is so imperative that you demonstrate My love. In demonstrating healings, miracles, deliverances, and resurrections, you practice charity, you give them a practical expression of love. Not just words, but you demonstrate in the Spirit and in power, My love to them. I am not a God that sits way off. I sent My Son to die, that people may really live. Demonstrate that to them. Don’t just talk about it. Religion gives empty promises. I tell you, show them My promises, demonstrate My promises for all to see. This is walking in My Kingdom. This is the good news of the Kingdom. Without a practical expression of love, you have no good news. It is time to lay down religion all together. It really does not work. People may be manipulated with words, but to see Me at work, unlocks something inside people, a capacity to hope, to have faith and to see real love. These three stand … the greatest of these is love. Isn’t it time you demonstrate your love for Me? Isn’t it time you demonstrate your love for your neighbor? Then it is time for an upgrade of sorts. You need to move past words, into demonstration. You need to move past promises, into manifestation. I desire My love to be manifested through you. For as you are in genuine union with Me, you will want to do all that you see Me doing. You will heal, you will deliver, you will perform miracles, you will raise the dead. You are My ambassadors, who I have given authority to do these things in My Name. Not worry about when My Son returns. Not argue about how you define holiness. Not judge and ridicule those that are walking with Me. No, it is time for you to take up My cross and follow Me. It is time for you to exercise this union in Me.
All over the earth I see so many people held captive by religion. Many believe they are following Me. They have prayed, asking Me into their hearts and lives. They have had this experience and that experience. They attend church, pay their tithes, sing along & listen to the teachings at the preacher shows. Some may practice spiritual gifts in the safety of the preacher shows. But these are all held captive in the claws of religion. Never having trusted Me fully; they are controlled by fear and anxiety, shame and guilt, rather than doing as I have commanded … to love Me and to love your neighbors. If you truly love Me and your neighbors, you will journey with Me instead of accompany religion and engage in its selfish practices. Who exactly are you following anyway? I have made life to be an adventure. I have made you to be My workmanship in My Son, and have appointed certain good works for you to do along the way … healings, deliverances, miracles and resurrections. Isn’t it time to live the adventure, rather than live the lie of religion?
I urge you, from the depths of My Great Heart, to listen to what I have said to you today. I am looking for you to come awake to what abundant living is all about. I am wanting you to accompany Me on the most fantastic adventure, anyone could conceive. I am looking for you to accompany Me on the journey of a lifetime … running through the villages with My Son, bearing precious fruit along the way to lay at My feet. Entering into the greater things My Son spoke of, that you will do. Gladly spending and being spent, for the furtherance of My Kingdom.
Demonstrate your love for Me.

My Christian Commitment

I am a part of the fellowship of the unashamed. I have Holy Spirit power. The die has been cast. I have stepped over the line. The decision has been made. I’m a disciple of His. I won’t look back, let up, slow down, back away or be still.

My past is redeemed, my present makes sense, my future is secure. I am finished and done with the low living, sight walking, small planning, smooth talking, cheap living and dwarfed goals.

I no longer need pre-eminence, prosperity, position, promotions, plaudits or popularity. I don’t have to be right, first, tops, recognized, praised, regarded or rewarded. I now live by faith, lean on His presence, walk by patience, lifted by prayer and labor by power.

My face is set, my gait is fast, my goal is Heaven, my road is narrow, my way rough, my companions few, my guide reliable, my mission clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, deluded or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, or hesitate in the presence of the adversary, negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity or meander in the maze of mediocrity.

I won’t give up, shut up or let until I have stayed up, stored up, prayed up and preached up for the cause of Christ. I am a disciple of Jesus. I must go til He comes, give till I drop, preach all I know and work till He stops me.

And when He comes for His own, He will have no problem recognizing me – my banner will be clear. Amen

The Cain Ridge Rivival

The Cain Ridge Revival of 1801, was part of a larger move of God known as brush arbor revivals. Joining them in increasing numbers after a meeting at Red River in Logan County in June 1801 were Methodists and Baptists as well as the unchurched. Following is some information I found on the internet concerning its history:

Christianity fell away following the American Revolution. A Scotsman traveling through the South saw few religious people. Francis Asbury found not one in a hundred concerned about religion. Alcoholism was rampant, and universalism and deism captivated the infant nation.

But in 1800 scattered revivals erupted like geysers in the back lands of Kentucky. People gathered under makeshift arbors while the gospel was preached, sometimes accompanied by emotional outbursts. Barton Stone, pastor of the Presbyterian Church at Cain Ridge (near Lexington), hearing of the camp meetings, witnessed one for himselfThe scene was passing strange. Many fell down as slain in battle and continued for hours in an apparently motionless statesometimes for a few moments reviving and exhibiting symptoms of life by a deep groan or by a prayer for mercy most fervently uttered.

His church at Cain Ridge immediately planned a camp meeting for the first weekend of August, 1801. The church could hold 500; but workers, fearing an oversized crowd, threw up a large tent. Church families opened homes, barns, and cabins to the expected visitors.

But they didnt expect 20,000! Hordes arrived by horse, carriage, and wagon. Prayer and preaching continued around the clock on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Excitement mounted; cries and screams pierced the hazy summer air; men swooned; women were seized by spasms; children fell into ecstasy; so many fainted that the ground was covered with bodies like a battlefield. Then the jerks broke out. Their heads would jerk back suddenly, frequently causing them to yelp. I have seen their heads fly back and forward so quickly that the hair of females would crack like a whip.

On Monday, August 9, 1801, food and supplies were exhausted, and so were the worshipers. Many left; but others came to take their places. Four more days of singing, preaching, shrieking, and jerking continued before the geyser died down. Between 1,000 and 3,000 had been converted, and the news was the buzz of the region. People across the new nation began discussing the revival of Christianity, and the Cane Ridge Revival is considered one of the most important religious gatherings in American history.

God has indeed begun opening up an ancient well of revival. This particular well of revival is one that is distinctly different than many of the recent moves of the Holy Spirit. God desires to release a move of His Spirit in the highways and the byways, in the small and insignificant places, just like He did in the early 1800s. This will largely be a revival of churches in small towns and rural towns. This revival move of God will become a turning point for America, just as the Cain Ridge Revival was a turning point for America in the early 1800s.

You see, after the revolutionary war, the church just about closed up shop in America. Sin was rampant and there was no concern for the church, leaders were corrupt and many even spoke of how unlikely it would be for the church to turn around in America most figured it was too far gone. Thank God He never feels that way. Through a grass roots revival, God turned the heart of a nation back to Him. I believe that is what the Lord is saying He intends to do again. Praise God for His faithfulness.

I believe something quite like a geyser, a mighty wave, a great flow of revival is about to break out. Lets be praying that His Kingdom comes. Our nation needs it. The Church needs it. We all need it. Many have hungered for a wide reaching move of God that will turn our nation back to Him. He is uncapping this ancient well of revival. Nobody can take credit for any of it. If they do, they are liars and should be warned that God does not like that sort of thing. He is about to usher in a great revival to this area that will not just be birthed here, but will shoot out across America and to the nations as a message saying He is interested in the small insignificant places. For it is in such places that God indeed can receive the glory and the honor and no big names will step in to take it.

A significant result/sign associated with this revival is going to be the establishing of many fathers to equip those touched by it. It wont be dogma, but relationship that will be needed to maintain the simplicity and the power of what God is about to do. The release of many fathers to equip the saints to do the work of the ministry will be an obvious sign of this move of God. True relationship cannot be established by pastors. Pastors and church leaders care for many people, often hundreds. Fathers are related to and care for just a few people, who in turn minister to many others. These Fathers will have specialties as gifts of Christ to the Church. Some apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers will actually equip in their area of Christs anointing. The fear of the Lord will be renewed, as well as a healthy respect and honoring of God and His works. Ecstatic prophecy and acts of deliverance will also be signs associated with this revival, just as was done in the early 1800s.

God is about to do a new thing, using an ancient well. Isnt it like the Lord to do something so good!

Is Doubt Knocking At Your Door?

Doubt. He’s a lousy neighbor.

An unwanted visitor.

An obnoxious guest.

And he’ll pester you.

He’ll irritate you.

He’ll criticize your judgment.

His aim is not to convince you, but to confuse you.

He doesn't offer solutions.

Doubt only raises questions.

Had any visit from this fellow lately?

If you find yourself going to church in order to be saved and not because you’re saved, then you've been listening to him.

If you find yourself doubting that God could forgive you again for that, you've been sold some snake oil.

If you’re more cynical about Christians than sincere about Christ, then guess who came to dinner?

I suggest you put a lock on your gate.

I suggest you post a “Do not enter” sign on your door!

Prepare For The Race

¹¹And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;¹²For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:¹³Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:¹⁴That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;¹⁵But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

My holy people, you are now in a time of times, when all that has been done before is passing away and you are preparing for what is now ahead. Never before has there been a time when My foundations are becoming a requirement for real living. Real faith in God. Real hearing. Real seeing. Real knowing and real trusting.
The baby lessons of the past will not prepare you for the time you are now in. You must find whatever means is necessary to truly learn of Me and walk in Me. Your very survival is at stake. No longer can you rely on asking others the questions you should be asking Me. No longer can you rely upon what the preacher says, but must know how to hear from Me yourself. This is not just a matter of choice, but of necessity. Your survival, your family's survival, your ministry work's survival are all at risk. The very purpose and destiny that you were created to fulfill in My Kingdom is at risk. This is the importance of obtaining Kingdom substance in your life.
Baby lessons, milk and honey, manna ... none of these will do. You must obtain strong meat. You must be filled and walking in Holy Spirit. You must be in Me. Now is the time. Today is the day for these things to become reality. It is time to wake up and to begin journeying with Me.
This journey is the most exciting adventure you could ever experience. However it is also a perilous journey. There are dangers along the way. As you remain in Me, you are kept safe and as you remain humble, you are kept empowered. As you learn of Me and walk with Me intimately day by day and moment by moment, this adventure, this journey, will become both substance and sustenance for you. We will not just walk together, but run together through the villages, gathering precious fruit for Father along the way.
The time of times you are now in dictate a different attitude, a different view, of this journey. Just as I am pouring out more and more grace, your adversary is pouring out more and more resistance. To do the will of God will actually be costing you more, but the thrill of doing the will of God will also be greater. You will realize, you will see, the importance of fulfilling destiny and purpose, as you have never before.
Those that are to survive must be walking differently, praying differently, warring differently and relating differently.
Your walk must be intimate with Me. You must be seeing, hearing, knowing and following Me day by day and moment by moment. To do otherwise may spell disaster for yourself, your family or the work to which I have called you.
Your relationships must take on the attributes of being comrades in a common battle. War buddies rather than social acquaintances. Trusted friends rather than mere church goers. Serious and long term rather than shallow and short-lived.
You must be reformed in order to survive the days and years ahead. As you do, you will rejoice in the work I have begun and brought to fruition. The humble will rejoice and declare the works of God in your day.
My holy people, equip yourselves for the path I have laid out for you. Prepare for the times like no other. I love you and will always be with you.

I want to encourage all of my fellow believers to stay strong in the faith. The Scriptures are now being fulfilled at a startling pace, and the signs Jesus told us to watch for are growing more apparent each day. If you feel confused or frustrated and unsure of what you believe, I urge you to call out to God.

If you earnestly study the Bible and remain steadfast in prayer, you will grow in the grace and knowledge of our Savior. Despite what the skeptics of this world might say, I have seen God work, and I know that He is our helper in the time of trouble, our great physician in the time of sickness, our provider in the time of need, and our comforter in the time of sorrow.
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by fully surrendering your heart to the Lord.

My holy people, 'Tis the season and I am increasing your ability to give.

Understand that there is a powerful principle at work in each of you ... the power to give. I have given you each the power to give something. Some of you will give time. Others will give possessions. Some will give houses and lands. Some will give those close to them. Even others will give the closest and most treasured items. Some will give much. Some will give little. All will give.

This power to give is largely representative of how much grace I have poured out upon you. I have given you the power to give in measure to the heart I have placed within you. So don't think it is a strange thing how I have given you this desire to give. You see, I gave. I gave My life, a ransom for many, that men and women, boys and girls, old and young, rich and poor, may be saved. I have done this and this gave me the ability to make a difference with my life.

The greatest measure of fulfillment of divine purpose in your life, is how you were able to exercise the power to give.

Without giving (a tangible expression of love) there is no real faith. For love without expression is a dead thing. But love expressed through giving is a living thing. It is a picture of Me at work in the world. Give what your heart desires. 'Tis the season.

²⁰ Then David got up from the ground. After he had washed, put on lotions and changed his clothes, he went into the house of the LORD and worshiped. Then he went to his own house, and at his request they served him food, and he ate.

²¹ His attendants asked him, “Why are you acting this way? While the child was alive, you fasted and wept, but now that the child is dead, you get up and eat!”
²² He answered, “While the child was still alive, I fasted and wept. I thought, ‘Who knows? The LORD may be gracious to me and let the child live.’ ²³ But now that he is dead, why should I go on fasting? Can I bring him back again? I will go to him, but he will not return to me.”

And so it was today, I went to church with my sister, Becky, to celebrate the life of her son, Jesse. We lost Jesse 5 years ago. Today was a celebration of the Lord's magnificent blessing in giving Jesse to us for his short 26 years.

What the Lord is encouraging us to do today is to stop mourning over what has happened in the past and to make the decision to live today and everyday for the rest of our lives. He is telling us not to ruin the time we have left by grieving what has been lost.

He has sustained us to get beyond grief. And for that, we praise Him and give all the glory to Him!

A Rustproof Heart

Arise From The Rubble!

My holy people; leaders have become unfaithful and are leading many to be unfaithful. No longer seeking Me, no longer consulting Me, no longer taking direction from Me, they have pursued other lovers and have become imitators and duplicators. Taking what others have learned and try to implement according to what others have done, rather than seeking Me, having relationship with Me, and consulting Me. No longer equipping gifts, these have become blind leaders, leading blind followers into the ditch.

Where are those that actually seek Me? There are very few who seek Me. Most seek the preachers and what they have to say. And these preachers take what other famous preachers have learned and teach these things as though they were received from Me. They wonder secretly why things do not work well. Is it any wonder?

My holy people; this has gone on for generation after generation after generation and the time for change is now. Do not be surprised when things take a turn for the worse in America. All is not lost, but things must change. I am continuing to shake, to remove and to cleanse. I am blowing out the chaff, making ready a people that will do exploits in My Name. The imitators and duplicators will not do these things; only those who have spent time in My Presence and who know My Great Heart.

A promise to My remnant: religion is about to fall in America. Rejoice, for what I am about to do. Do not fear, but realize it is taking a severe shaking to remove what needs to be removed. Get close to Me. Stay close to Me. That is the place of safety. Leader's hearts will fail them. Don't look there for your safety, but look to Me. For some of you, this is the first time you will truly be following Me, instead of following self-imposed leaders. I will raise up fathers that will teach their spiritual children the truth of following Me, of learning of Me, of following My ways instead of the ways of religion. Much has been substituted for following Me. Much has been taught instead of following Me. Much has been used instead of Christ. Instead-of Christ [anti-christ] is ruling instead of Me in many, many hearts. Therefore, make yourselves ready.

It is time to arise from the rubble, cleanse yourselves, separate yourselves unto Me, consecrate yourselves to Me, renew your vows before Me. I will prove Myself faithful and am certain to raise up new equippers who will do what I desire, rather than try to manage My people like pigs.

¹ As God’s co-workers we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain. ² For he says,“In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation. ³ We put no stumbling block in anyone’s path, so that our ministry will not be discredited. ⁴ Rather, as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: in great endurance; in troubles, hardships and distresses; ⁵ in beatings, imprisonments and riots; in hard work, sleepless nights and hunger; ⁶ in purity, understanding, patience and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love; ⁷ in truthful speech and in the power of God; with weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left; ⁸ through glory and dishonor, bad report and good report; genuine, yet regarded as impostors; ⁹ known, yet regarded as unknown; dying, and yet we live on; beaten, and yet not killed; ¹⁰ sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.

My holy people; there are a few things that you need to understand. Namely, how I use My gifts throughout the earth to do My bidding. Do you desire to do My bidding or do you wish to establish your own kingdom instead of Mine? If you desire to establish My Kingdom, then listen and pay attention. Otherwise, it would be good for you to find repentance and return to the highest place in Me.

If you desire to establish My Kingdom, then you have to die. Everything about you must die. Yes even your fine vision of what you would like to do. I desire that you establish My Kingdom wherever you go, not your own, and as such everything that motivates you beside Me must die. Yes even your motivations must die.

If you have prayed saying you want to make a difference, then you may find yourself in a crazy set of circumstances. If you find people loving you and hating you. If you find yourself in a position where people make all kind of unreasonable accusations against you. If you find yourself disappointed with yourself but unashamedly excited about Me. If these things and more are in play, then realize it is exactly where I want you to be. This is the place where you have laid down your own life and you are allowing Me to be seen clearly through what you are doing.

The world is at enmity against Me. That means they have a pure hatred of Me. When people get a clear glimpse of Me, they either love Me or they hate Me. There is no middle ground. I desire to be seen clearly through your life. So expect this outcome, My holy people. Do not become confused or confounded. I am working in you and through you to display My life to those around you. Yield to this work.

I have not chosen the folks the world would choose. I have not used conventional wisdom to choose who My gifts will be. Instead I use unique and often confounding wisdom to choose who I choose. The broken. The passionate. The downtrodden. The obviously incomplete. These are just a few of the characteristics of those who I choose to be My gifts to the Church, to My Church.

It is time you understand who are Mine and who are there by way of self-promotion. It is time you understand who really love you in My Name and who are merely hirelings. Most likely you know some of what goes on in people's lives, but I am the only one who truly sees it all. All of life is open to Me, every detail. Those who really love you in My Name have endured much hardship to get to where they are in their life. I have used these things to bring about a heart that can relate to Me and be truly broken for others, rather than focus on self and its deceptions. My holy people; many of the gifts I have chosen for My Church remain unrecognized and untapped because to many these people could never be "somebody". I don't look for "somebody". I look for those that will be real and will openly display their lives before others. I choose those who will remain true to Me, to My Kingdom and have a genuinely broken heart for those I send them to.

So don't be praying for "somebody". Pray that I will open your eyes to see as I see and to recognize what I am doing. Ask that your blind eyes be opened to those around you that I have sent. It is time to open your eyes.

Hearts On Fire

Reading from the Book of Romans 12:9-11

⁹ Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. ¹⁰ Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; ¹¹ not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord;

Romans 12:11 instructs us to be aglow and burn with the Spirit as we serve the Lord. In order to do this, we have to have our "hearts on fire." How do we keep our "hearts on fire?" I have discovered that the Word of God coming out of my own mouth in the form of prayer, praise or confession is the best way. I can fan the fire. It stirs up the gift within me, keeps the fire aflame, and prevents my spirit from sinking within me. Staying thankful also keeps me enthusiastic.

Also, stay active. There is no point in putting off doing things until later. This is an expression of passivity, and it is one of the greatest tools Satan uses against God's people. The more passive we are, the more our flames diminish. Procrastination and laziness are the cousins of passivity, and they usually all attack in a group. Passive people wait to be moved by an outside force before they take action. But we are to be motivated and led by the Holy Spirit within us, not by outside forces. The best way to be on guard against the spirit of passivity is to do what we need to do now, and do it with all our might.

Remember, everything we do is to be done unto the Lord and for His glory. We should do it through Him, to Him, for Him and with Him. And we should do it willingly, stirred up, and our "hearts on fire".

Living By Faith and God's Sovereignty

I use this organization's (Church of the Great God) resources sometimes for reference or perspective. It is a fact, that religion, particularly Western Judeo Christianity, played a crucial role in the establishment and construction of our Republic and her Constitution. The Founders were clear.

So this article is fair game I think, as our problems, and our situations, and our circumstances all are commingled with our social condition - always has been, always will be, in every nation, in every time.

The article in a broader sense conveys an attitude lost in America, and I well remember it. Life was beautiful. Compared to today, much of the ugly stuff was beautiful (actually, proportionately more 'innocent') then.

I suggest reading the article for anyone who wishes to see the real motivations and mindsets behind Christians (forget the details of views on this or that issue for a bit), when trying to understand their positions, no matter what you might believe, this general outlook of God is behind it. All true Christians - or any true believer in a Creator - like the Founders, eg - have a sense that God is watching (or may be) much like a parent. So whatever perception atheists, or homos, or pagans, et al have of Christianity/Christians, politically, morally, or otherwise, if you don't grasp this, you missed the boat completely, and have no idea what you are talking about.

Yes, there are Christian addicts, Christian homos, Christian adulterers, thieves, ad infinitum. Sin is not confined to Unbelievers in their Creator.

The big difference is attitude.

A true Christian - or a Creator believer - will [try to] hide their sin. They sense guilt, remorse, sadness, and other emotions as are appropriate in any given circumstance. Where a heathen will flaunt their immoral actions, foul deeds, or lewd conduct, and flout the idea of the supremacy and authority of their Maker.

So, for men of intellectual honesty, this fairly long article reveals a lot as to why the slim majority of Americans still see certain things as destroying the country - which, by the way, they are.

God's Sovereignty - American Sovereignty - Individual Sovereignty. YOU can have it all, today, if you really want it!

Mr. John Thomas Grabowski, age 53, of New Castle, DE, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2011, at Beebe Medical Center. A native Delawarean, Mr. Grabowski was born in Wilmington on November 27, 1957. He made his career as a professional welder and was a longtime member of Holy Spirit parish. In his leisure hours, Mr. Grabowski greatly enjoyed fishing, hunting, and crabbing. Most of all, he delighted in spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren, whom he adored. He is survived by his daughters, Crystal Ann Roderick and Josie Lee Roderick; parents, Stephen Grabowski, Sr. and Martha Giacchi Grabowski; brothers and sister, Stephen Grabowski, Jr. (Connie), Rose Roderick (Joe), Christopher Grabowski, and Walter Grabowski; grandchildren, Christopher, Julianna, Jenna, Adriana (“Peaches”), Kailyn, and Ava; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his longtime friend, Gertrude Roderick. He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Lee Grabowski. Come Up To The Mountain Of The Lord!

³And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

My holy people; you are indeed living in the end times, for these are the times I have spoken of for many generations and this is a time when many things will change. Those who desire My Kingdom will be looking. I will draw you to Myself and I will empower you to do what you have been unable to do before.

I will open the eyes of My chosen people...all of Israel. This is not just the jewish people, but all of My elect, for I am making My Church strong, I am causing you to learn of My ways, I am causing you to turn your heart fully toward Me and I am causing you to turn your heart away from the trappings of religion. I am causing you to walk in My paths.

My holy people, My Great Heart breaks as I see My prayerless and powerless church constantly complain that the enemy is too great for them and that their only hope is for when I come to take My Church away with Me. How sad, that they would believe I am unfaithful in this way. Haven't I promised that I have overcome the world and that as My holy people trust in Me, I cause My triumph to become their's? Haven't I promised that I would never leave nor forsake My own? Haven't I promised that no weapon formed against My holy people would prosper against them? Then why is the church in such a state? Particularly, why is the church in America in such a state?

Prayerless and powerless. That is the current state of the church in America. Behold, I am sending My apostles across the land with the good news of the Kingdom. Telling the church to repent, to return to the highest place in Me. To demonstrate My Kingdom in ways that many believe to be an impossibility. I will prove that religion is wrong. I will demonstrate once again that I am mighty to save, mighty to heal, mighty to perform miracles and mighty to deliver.

There is a remnant that I have been cultivating, showing them, proving Myself to them, that I am all that I say I am. To these I will reveal My faithfulness in a new way and these will become witnesses of Me throughout the land. The unfaithful ones must repent, must return to Me. In My Great Faithfulness, I am sending My messengers of mercy to them.

To many at this time, I say; beware your flattering words and your dependence upon the arm of flesh, rather than the moving of My Spirit. For many who were thought to be something will be revealed as wolves in sheeps clothing. These will prove to be unfaithful to Me by their unbelieving actions. Much like the jews in the wilderness, they were unwilling to go up and possess the land, My promised land for them. Many of the leaders in the church believe their only hope is in programs and methods, looking to what can be done through effort, rather than what can be done in Me. Beware these, for they will indeed fall to their greatest fears. Do not be counted among them, but warn them. Prayerlessness must be turned into much prayer. Powerlessness must be turned into much power. For My Kingdom is not in words, but is in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.

I am warning these to become faithful again. There is time to repent. There is time to return to Me, forsaking the trappings of religion and embracing Me fully again. There is time. Today is the day. Today is the day of salvation. Do not resist the wooing of My Spirit, for some will indeed lose their standing in Me through continued unfaithfulness, through prostitution with other gods, with other lovers. My call is for My holy people to repent, for the Kingdom of God is indeed near.

For those that will heed My call to return, I will indeed teach them My ways, leading them to ascend with Me, occupying the promised land of their inheritance. The enemies will be driven out of their personal lives and then the mountains will be scaled to My glory. Not in your own strength, but in the fullness of Mine. These that return to Me will become stronger than ever in the workings of My Kingdom. They will produce much fruit for Father. They will reproduce My Kingdom in many. They will subdue the earth and cause entire nations to turn wholeheartedly toward Me.

This is not time to cower and hide, fearing the world and anxiously waiting for My return. Now is the time to arise in Me, possess the land, and look forward with joy toward My return; for I am Mighty to save. To My glory, you are well able to possess the land.

My fellow Americans: Last night, when I spoke with you about the fall of Rome, I knew at that moment that troops of the United States and our allies were crossing the Channel in another and greater operation. It has come to pass with success thus far.

And so, in this poignant hour, I ask you to join with me in prayer:

Almighty God: Our sons, pride of our Nation, this day have set upon a mighty endeavor, a struggle to preserve our Republic, our religion, and our civilization, and to set free a suffering humanity. Lead them straight and true; give strength to their arms, stoutness to their hearts, steadfastness in their faith.

They will need Thy blessings. Their road will be long and hard. For the enemy is strong. He may hurl back our forces. Success may not come with rushing speed, but we shall return again and again; and we know that by Thy grace, and by the righteousness of our cause, our sons will triumph.

They will be sore tried, by night and by day, without rest-until the victory is won. The darkness will be rent by noise and flame. Men's souls will be shaken with the violence's of war.

For these men are lately drawn from the ways of peace. They fight not for the lust of conquest. They fight to end conquest. They fight to liberate. They fight to let justice arise, and tolerance and good will among all Thy people. They yearn but for the end of battle, for their return to the haven of home.

Some will never return. Embrace these, Father, and receive them, Thy heroic servants, into Thy kingdom.

And for us at home -- fathers, mothers, children, wives, sisters, and brothers of brave men overseas -- whose thoughts and prayers are ever with them -- help us, Almighty God, to rededicate ourselves in renewed faith in Thee in this hour of great sacrifice.

Many people have urged that I call the Nation into a single day of special prayer. But because the road is long and the desire is great, I ask that our people devote themselves in a continuance of prayer. As we rise to each new day, and again when each day is spent, let words of prayer be on our lips, invoking Thy help to our efforts.

Give us strength, too -- strength in our daily tasks, to redouble the contributions we make in the physical and the material support of our armed forces. And let our hearts be stout, to wait out the long travail, to bear sorrows that may come, to impart our courage unto our sons wheresoever they may be.

And, O Lord, give us Faith. Give us Faith in Thee; Faith in our sons; Faith in each other; Faith in our united crusade. Let not the keenness of our spirit ever be dulled. Let not the impacts of temporary events, of temporal matters of but fleeting moment let not these deter us in our unconquerable purpose.

With Thy blessing, we shall prevail over the unholy forces of our enemy. Help us to conquer the apostles of greed and racial arrogancies. Lead us to the saving of our country, and with our sister Nations into a world unity that will spell a sure peace, a peace invulnerable to the schemings of unworthy men. And a peace that will let all of men live in freedom, reaping the just rewards of their honest toil.

God's Word Is The Joy Of My Heart...

Many years ago I began a pilgrimage to know God, and that pilgrimage continues to this day. I don't know Him today as well as I want or should, but I know Him better today than I did twenty-five years ago. I know Him better today than I did one year ago. I am growing in my knowledge of God, and I say without hesitation or qualification that knowing God is my joy and reason for living.

He is . . .

· the Wind beneath my wings,

· the Treasure that I seek,

· the Foundation on which I

· the Song in my heart,

· the Object of my desire,

· the Breath of my life,

· He is my All in all!

· And His Word is the joy of my

heart!

Send it out to the ends of the earth; say, “The LORD has redeemed his servant Jacob.” ²¹ They did not thirst when he led them through the deserts; he made water flow for them from the rock; he split the rock and water gushed out.²² “There is no peace,” says the LORD, “for the wicked.”

My holy people, arise to the call of My voice. Arise and come close. Arise to hear My Great Heart and to know My will. For these are indeed the days you were created for and this time is what you have been waiting for.

All of creation has waited for this time, for it is the time I am going to be moving like no other. For there is a great work to be done, much fruit for Father and great rejoicing for the hope of My holy people is being restored for a purpose, one grander than you could ever imagine. I am causing you to live and move and have your being IN ME.

Mountains will shake as you ascend with Me. Nations will move at My Word. Cities, regions and whole areas will be affected for My Kingdom as you, My holy people, run through the cities with Me.

Our time together is sweet and it will be even sweeter as you learn to run with Me through the villages, gathering precious fruit for Father. No longer waiting in isolation, I am calling you to radically follow Me, becoming joint fruit bearers with Me. My grace is being poured out. I am moving once again. The cloud is moving. The fire is moving.

Push away the fears. Push away the tendency to remain isolated, alone and rejected. Push away what has kept you a prisoner to the past. Instead embrace Me, follow Me, trust Me with you moment by moments, as well as your distant tomorrows.

It is time to run with Me. Not move slowly, but be quick to obedience. For obedience is always better than sacrifice. I have sacrificed, so that you may move quickly with Me.

There is a fresh new sound of triumph in the air. Do you hear it? Many foot soldiers, marching triumphantly forward. Distant sounds of artillery ... the sound of My air assaults being carried out, clearing the way for you to enter into regions, cities, even nations. Now is the time. Now is the time to arise, to put on your hope again and to follow Me into victory again.

Some have been in transition for 10 years. Some have been in transition for 20 years. Yes, even some have been in transition for 30 years, awaiting My call at this time, awaiting the time to fulfill your purpose. In Me, all things will be done. In exact accordance with My plan and purpose, the sound has been released and you, My holy people, are responding. You are arising to this sound of triumph and to this sound of combined marching. Step in step, marching together, radically follow Me, demonstrating My Kingdom, fulfilling the very beat of My Great Heart.

Rejoice. Yes, rejoice. Even now. Yes, today rejoice. Don't wait. Rejoice now, for the fullness you have seen is about to be manifest. Great grace for this appointed time. Put on your armor and Rejoice in Me and with Me.

David Brody: Where do you stand with Evangelicals?

Herman Cain: I'm a Baptist preacher. A lot of people don't know that. My parents joined Antioch Baptist Church North in Atlanta in the mid 40s when they moved to Atlanta when I was 2 years old. That was the
church I grew up in. That was the church I joined at 10 years of age. I've been in the church all my life. When I moved around in my corporate career, I always stayed involved in the church. So my faith is a big
part of who I am and at my church now, which is the same one I grew up in; I'm one of the Associate Ministers there because I was called to the ministry.

Sometimes when people are called to the ministry they think that God wants them to give up something else. But God has done some magnificent things with my life, especially what he has done in terms of my health. Let me share this with you real quick.

In 2006, I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I had cancer in my colon and cancer in my liver. I had to go through chemotherapy. The surgery required removal of 30 percent of my colon and 70 percent of my
liver. And then I had to go through some more chemotherapy. That was nearly five years ago, and I only had a 30 percent chance of survival. God said 'Herman, not yet'.

My question was, 'Lord, why are you keeping me here?' Now let me tell you why I know God kept me here. Let me give you why I know God kept me here to do something that I never envisioned. When I started
thinking about running for president, I thought about Noah. Noah didn't know how to build an ark. I started to think about Moses. Moses resisted going back leading the children out of Egypt. The Bible is full of
people. Joshua didn't want to lead the children into the Promised Land. God spoke to Moses and encouraged Moses, 'you must talk to Joshua'; and he did and that gave him the strength. When I was first detected that I
had stage 4 cancer, I had to go and get a second opinion.

The doctor that was recommended was a doctor in Savannah, Georgia, three hours away from Atlanta. I resisted. I said, 'why do I need to go all the way to Savannah and I live here in Atlanta with all
these hospitals and doctors here. I know I have cancer. I know what we need to get done. Let's get on with the program.' You know that business mentality. And so the friend of mine said, 'I think you want to go see
this doctor. His name is Dr. Lord.' I said, 'What? L-O-R-D?' Yes. He was a colon cancer specialist. Dr. Lord gave me my second opinion. When I went to MD Anderson Cancer Center and I had to go through orientation with my wife in terms of how to navigate through this big medical facility, we went into the orientation office and the lady that was supposed to give us our orientation, she was busy with some other new
patients. So the lady at the counter said to keep you and Mrs. Cain from waiting, I will give you your orientation so you won't have to wait. I said, 'Well thank you. How nice I didn't know they had good customer
service at a big medical facility but they do.' So we go into the conference room and she put all the materials down that we were supposed to go through. And she started to tell us about what we needed to do, how I could get my blood work done the night before. I said, 'wait a minute. You've been so nice. What is your name?' She said 'Grace'. I said, 'Do you spell it the same way as you spell it in Amazing Grace?' She said, 'yes.' A lady named Grace. My wife and I looked at each other and I said, 'thank You, Lord.' He's with me on this journey. I'm not done yet.

I was randomly assigned an oncologist and a surgeon. The surgeon's name is Dr. Abdullah. He's from Lebanon. That made me a little nervous initially but only to find out that he's a Christian. He's a Christian and when I went in to see Dr. Abdullah. he was explaining to me how he was going to remove a part of my colon and a part of my liver in one operation. I'm going, 'Doc you must be a miracle worker. How are
you going to do that'? The colon is on the left. The liver is on the right. How are you going to do that with one incision?' He said, I do it all the time. I'm going to start in your sternum and I'm going to make an incision in the shape of a "J". As in J-E-S-U-S? He said yes. A Jesus cut. I said, 'thank You, Lord.'

God said 'not yet' and He gave me these signs along the way that let me know that He was with me. And I firmly believe that God kept me for a reason much bigger than I ever would have dreamed or imagined.
Whether that is ultimately to become the President of the United States or not, I don't know. I just know at this point I am following God's plan. You get two plans in life: yours and God's. Now mine was to become
a successful businessman and I was able to do that. And I believe that God allowed me to become a successful businessman because He had something else in mind beyond that successful business career. That's
the reason I'm here today and the reason I believe that I'm going to be successful from this point forward. There was a song that a songwriter wrote who was a good friend of mine when he was alive; he wrote a song
called 'God is on my side'. I'll never forget it.

Brody: These candidates are going to have to deal with Herman Cain.

Cain: They're going to have to deal with Herman Cain. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

My holy people, all has been changed. What used to be has turned into what is. What was once your character, has turned into what is now My grace at work in you. Let me assure you that My grace is indeed at work in you. For My power is real and My ability to redeem is thorough.

Do you feel as though you are incapable of doing what is on My Great Heart? That's good, for before you did not even care what I thought, no matter following what is upon My Great Heart. In fact, you did not even care to seek what is upon My Great Heart. But now you seek My Face. You call upon My Name. You turn your attention from yourself to what is greater, to what is the real crux of the matter in living, and that is to know what is upon My Great Heart.

You have the grace at work in your life to know Me, to seek Me and to follow Me. Before none of this was in operation in you. Before you did not even care about such things. Before you were reprobate and without caring. Now you have a heart to know what is upon Mine and you wish to please Me. This is all evidence of My grace at work in your life.

No more doubting your true identity. No more tossed about on every wind that blows. Know My love, that you are Mine and that you have My grace at work in you to know and to do My good pleasure. I love you and nothing can separate you from that. Nothing can cause that to cease. Nothing can cause My Great Heart to turn away from you, My love. Nothing can put an end to My great love for you. Nothing can, for all has changed.

A Radical Warrior

My holy people, repairs are being made. Repairs to the wall, repairs to broken down ruins. Repairs to the generational decay that has occurred in and amongst you, My holy people. These repairs will not be made by angels. These repairs will not be done by themselves. Instead, it will require the efforts of many. Each has a part to play, some rebuilding work to do. Some will be close to the ruins, others far away. But all will have a job to do and this is the first step in building the relationships I have on My Great Heart to build.

You see, to do what is needed, you need others to get the job done. You cannot complete it by yourself. You need to do this work of repair together. But before you can do something, there need to be serious and long term relationships built between those doing the work. I am building an army of people, who will march to the same cadence, shouldering the responsibility to do the work and to fight as needed. You need one another. More importantly, you need serious and long term relationships between one another before any significant progress is made.

There are many that want to do exploits in My Name, but there are but a few that desire to build as is upon My Great Heart. I have raised up fathers that understand the importance of serious and long term relationships so that what is repaired does not fall into ruin again. I am building people who will work together, pray together, serve together and fight together. This is a team, an army, a radical set of warriors capable of leaping walls, conquering enemies and taking territory. At the heart of this band of mighty ones is relationship. A willingness to work for one another, even die for one another.

When you pray My Kingdom come, My will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven ... understand this. Father, Son, Holy Spirit ... all in perfect relationship, demonstrated, commanded, living, moving. That's how I want My radical band of mighty ones to be. I want them to be just like I am ... in perfect relationship: serious and long term.

Serious, because moving in My Kingdom is serious business. It is not just life changing, it is life saving. Life and death hang in the balance. Eternal consequences and eternal benefits. Such is the weight of things in My Kingdom. Relationship must be serious. My Kingdom is serious ... full of life and full of splendor, but first and foremost, it is serious. I gave everything to give you access to My Kingdom. I did all that was required so you could see, enter into and move in My Kingdom. The whole point of life in Me, is so we can run together, partnering in My Kingdom, fulfilling Father's great desire to see His wanderers come home and live at rest in Him. Nothing more serious than the Kingdom ministry of reconciliation that has been given to you. Only serious relationship can birth such a thing. Only serious relationships will be committed to stand with one another, through thick and thin.

Long term, because in My Kingdom, everything has an eternal aspect. The world is temporary. My Kingdom is eternal. Eternity is long term. It is not here one moment and gone the next. My Kingdom is eternal and it lasts. It is just like our relationship. Once you become Mine, you have access to Me any time you need Me. If you find yourself unable to visit with Me, it is not because I have withdrawn Myself. Instead, it is because you have withdrawn from Me. Returning to Me is such a simple thing. That is what repentance is all about. It is returning to the highest place in Me. Have you had greater fellowship at some time in your life than you do right now? Then repent, return to the highest place in Me. Return to My Great Heart and all will be well again. It is a simple repentance away.

So you see, serious and long term relationships really are the building blocks of My Kingdom. You may say that you do not have many serious and long term relationships. I tell you, those are the ones I am involved with and I desire most of all that you grow in genuinely serious and long term relationships. The number of serious and long term relationships you have demonstrate My Kingdom at work in and through you. This is My Kingdom coming and My will being done, on earth, just like it is in heaven. Do you understand? It really is quite simple.

So don't waste your time with things that do not produce My Kingdom in your life. Rebuild the ancient ruins, rebuild the waste cities ... together. With serious and long term relationships, anything is possible. Every person has a part to play. Every single person is important in this rebuilding work. Work together, support each other, provide for each other, fight side by side and yes even stand with one another; in good times and in difficult times. For My Kingdom, become my Radical Warrior!

The Harvest Is At Hand

My holy people; such is the splendor of My glory, for it will indeed shine again upon all those who have survived the purging and the cleansing of this time. The splendor of My glory will shine upon those who at this time arise from the mundane of what can be seen with earthly eyes and done with worldly hands. The splendor of My glory will surpass all that you may have hoped for, dreamed for, and yes even planned for.

In a moment, the splendor of My glory will change what was into what I have hoped for. My Kingdom is coming in ways you have not even suspected, nor dare dreamed. For the testing times have caused many to lose hope. Do not lose hope because of My cleansing and My purging. Instead, rejoice, for the splendor of My glory will change everything.

I am the God of all grace. This grace will be poured out and the tsunami flood of it shall set in motion the greatest harvest known. It will rise so high that a shadow will be seen. The approach of My grace will be like a shade, the splendor of My glory shall have substance, and there will be salvation, freedom and equipping as you had never hoped. I will change everything.

For a long time now, there have only been momentary releases of My grace. In those momentary releases you have experienced much already. You have experienced My love. You have experienced My fellowship. You have experienced My healing. You have experienced My deliverance. You have experienced My leading. You have experienced My guidance. You have experienced My Great Heart. And you have experienced My Great love for My beautiful bride-to-be.

Now you will experience something that you have not known how to put into words. You will now experience Me and My fullness. For all that has gone before have only been shadows, the approach of the splendor of My glory. Now, the splendor of My glory will shine brilliantly, and the tsunami of My grace shall flow like a tangible river. No longer will momentary manifestations of My anointing be sufficient. For I will now dwell fully in and through those who will yield to Me.

No longer will it be about this ministry and that work and this outreach and that church fellowship. No longer will it be about this manifestation of My grace at work and that manifestation of My grace at work. Now it will be about Me and how I am working, how I am moving, how I am saving, how I am delivering, how I am setting free, how I am healing and how My grace, without measure is seen in operation through those who yield fully to Me.

Many of you have allowed Me to break your hearts about those to whom I have sent you. You have seen brief glimpses of My grace flow out and it has thrilled your heart. It has become life to you. I tell you, this was but a glimpse. No matter how successful you felt it was, no matter how glorious you considered it ... it was just a shadow, just a glimpse, of what I am now going to do. For I am going to bless those who yield to Me, for My Kingdom comes to those who have allowed Me to break their hearts, who have allowed Me to become more than their dreams and their hopes. I am become the breaker of the wall and what has separated My glory from this world you live in, is about to fall down. Before there have been peep holes of My glory, but now My glory will be seen clearly and My power manifest fully to and through those who will yield to Me.

It is now time to prepare yourselves for the glory that is about to come. Many are already experiencing the rising tide of My grace at work, but remember, what you are experiencing is just a shadow, just a glimpse, of what I am about to do. Hang on to Me, for there is coming a shaking and a release of My glory so profound that many will not recognize Me in it, rather they will run and hide and lose out on the greatest visitation that has ever occurred in the world. Prepare to receive all of the grace I have apportioned to you. Prepare to receive the splendor of My glory I am about to reveal. Prepare to receive and move with Me, running through the villages, picking choice fruits together for Father.

Oh, My love, My precious bride-to-be, I am about to turn your sorrow into joy, your crying into rejoicing, your long waiting into joyful celebration. The wave of My grace is fast approaching. Welcome Me with open arms as I transform everything that you will allow Me to touch into a mirror shining brilliantly, showing the splendor of My glory to all those around the earth. All nations will rejoice and see My glory, My grace and My working. Come away with Me, My love. Our time is fast approaching.

Seek My Face. Call upon My Name. Be and become all that is upon My Great Heart.

Charlton Heston, Our "Moses"

Charlton Heston, 88 Today! RIP

He was no girlie-man, that Charlton Heston. The epic screen actor didn’t do small or sensitive or morally complex; he did big, commanding and utterly sure of himself. His signature roles were all Great Men, largely untroubled by indecision, doubt or mixed motives. In Cecil B. DeMille’s 1956 remake of The Ten Commandments, it wasn’t that litany of plagues that Moses called down upon Pharaoh’s Egypt that made him so riveting; it was Heston’s air of terrible certainty, his ruthless, implacable rectitude. His screen persona wasn’t dumb, but he didn’t much value intelligence or even need it. What he lacked in smarts he made up for with conviction and a peculiarly inflexible strength. He was insistently, incurably holier than thou, and he operated from the gut.

And what a gut. With his strapping body, a Mount Rushmore face and a basso profundo voice rivaling that of his one-time director and co-star Orson Welles (in one of Heston’s better if most unlikely roles, as a Mexican cop in 1958’s Touch of Evil), he was genetically engineered to play the hero in a cinematic age before heroes became anti-heroes. His acting style was a projection of his physique: lean, beefy and stiff. He was All Man, as they used to say so unself-consciously at mid-century, and to put him in a role that required much nuance or subtlety — not to mention any hint of a poetic, dare we say feminine side — was to flirt with unintended comedy.
Heston’s last notable performance — although there’s no evidence that he wasn’t fueled, as always, by conviction — was as the president of the National Rifle Association in 1998-2003. He had once been a liberal, marching for civil rights in the South, but, like his fellow actor and ex-Democrat Ronald Reagan, had become an archconservative. The NRA, as the Republican Party had done with Reagan, jumped at the chance to recruit a rangy screen patriarch to its cause. All of Heston’s signal qualities — his good looks, his booming voice, and above all his famous singleness of purpose, untainted by the slightest scintilla of doubt — made him a nuttily effective spokesman for the gun lobby. There was Heston in 2000, waving a rifle over his head and accusing Al Gore of plotting to take away his Second Amendment rights; it was the brandishing of the stone tablets containing the Ten Commandments all over again. “Hey,” an NRA vice president chortled, “Moses is on our side.”

Sacred Rage

Today the Fall-Equinox...Take peace this Fall into your heart and being and have no fears about anything. Focus on what you really want for your long-haul survival, formed around love in its highest richness, and don't get lost in the day to day paranoias and pandemics.

Most of the fear mongering at this time for most of us is largely marketing scams by zealots pushing something or other. But to remain militant is rejecting the system as it is. The political and media systems are hopelessly corrupted, all of us need to continue subjecting all of it to a withering barrage of ridicule at every possible opportunity.

Sacred rage, which comes from deeply loving the truth and ethical respect for life.
Sacred rage. Don't allow anyone in your presence to continue nonchalantly repeating the imperial lies, zio and otherwise, without deflecting it into the gutter.

It is all our collective conscious which will shape the outcomes, we all have to do our little bit as we walk around helping people redefine what really is real. God is Real. God is Truth.

This is powerfull, I find. In fact, I find, an awful lot of people out there are pretty confused and have no problem relating to people who are gutsy enough to contradict Oy-bummer and all the TV talking heads of our Orwellian Carnivale. A bunch of circus clowns.

The great majority people have great misgivings and are listening real heard to people who give voice to the perceptions and facts which validates the mass misgivings. Don't miss the opportunity.

More than ever this Fall I feel a tremendous shift underway. The more the crooks grossly engage in their staged carny con games, the more obvious they become and the more mass consciousness is tuning into new directions and perceptions.

We are the change, we are making it. Day by day, we are redefining the world which is perceived by all. Keep it going. Raise the ante.

The Mourning After

Where were you, God? And the Lord says...

'MEET ME IN THE STAIRWELL'

You say you will never forget where you were when you heard the news On September 11, 2001.

Neither will I.

I was on the 110th floor in a smoke filled room with a man who called his wife to say 'Good-Bye.' I held his fingers steady as he dialed. I gave him the peace to say, 'Honey, I am not going to make it, but it is OK..I am ready to go.' I was with his wife when he called as she fed breakfast to their children. I held her up as she tried to understand his words and as she realized he wasn't coming home that night.

I was in the stairwell of the 23rd floor when a woman cried out to Me for help. 'I have been knocking on the door of your heart for 50 years!' I said. 'Of course I will show you the way home - only believe in Me now.'

I was at the base of the building with the Priest ministering to the injured and devastated souls.
I took him home to tend to his Flock in Heaven. He heard my voice and answered.

I was on all four of those planes, in every seat, with every prayer. I was with the crew as they were overtaken. I was in the very hearts of the believers there, comforting and assuring them that their faith has saved them. I was in Texas, Virginia, California, Michigan, Afghanistan.

I was standing next to you when you heard the terrible news.

Did you sense Me?

I want you to know that I saw every face. I knew every name - though not all know Me. Some met Me for the first time on the 86th floor.

Some sought Me with their last breath.

Some couldn't hear Me calling to them through the smoke and flames; 'Come to Me... this way... take my hand.' Some chose, for the final time, to ignore Me.

But, I was there.

I did not place you in the Tower that day. You may not know why, but I do.. However, if you were there in that explosive moment in time, would you have reached for Me?

Sept. 11, 2001, was not the end of the journey for you . But someday your journey will end. And I will be there for you as well. Seek Me now while I may be found. Then, at any moment, you know you are 'ready to go.' I will be in the stairwell of your final moments.

My lovely, Bride-to-be, My will is a food which satisfies. My will is a balm that heals. My will is a light that illuminates the darkness. My will is a strength that fortifies. My will is a wall that defends. My will is a tower that looks out, and sees all things in a new perspective. Yes, My will is a fortress that no army can penetrate, no evil can devour, no enemy can overcome. So remain in My word always and everywhere, consciously choosing that which is My will. Neglect this, and a breach in the wall is made, or rather, a breach in your heart for every enemy and malice to penetrate. And believe Me child when I tell you that the enemy is prowling around you now looking for any and all cracks. But when you are in My will, then you can ignore the enemy, even should it be an army outside the wall of your heart. He cannot penetrate to devour you, unless you let him.

So you see now, child, how attentive you must be!

Fast & Furious Jesus!

When a government is out of control the most horrible things are sanctioned as the right thing to do. For example, spending trillions of tax payers' hard earned dollars to buy prosperity in the economy. It is just against the principles of economics and it, to date, has been a resounding failure. A lot of smart men and women, educated in America's most esteemed institutions, advocated a policy that will take generations to fix. At the top, in the Oval Office, is where the buck stops, as former President Harry Truman used to say. Blame shifting is not going to work. The guy at the top has to take responsibility. But what happens when that responsibility results in loss of innocent life. Where is their accountability?

Operation Fast and Furious is one such example. Here, someone in the highest offices of our government thought it would be a great idea to sell guns to drug dealers in Mexico and track them in their use. Essentially, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, upon the approval of either the president or someone close to him, sold guns to the cartels that have turned our border with Mexico into a war zone. While the authorities do not know the exact number of guns that were sold (strange, because how do you track them if you do not know how many you sold?), it is estimated that 1,500 guns, most of which never made it to Mexico, were placed in the hands of criminals in America.

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that 57 weapons have shown up at six crime scenes in American border towns. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed by a criminal using one of the weapons. In all, weapons have been recovered at some 11 crime scenes and the number could grow, as could the death toll. What this boils down to is an American government project that armed drug cartel thugs and jeopardized the safety of American citizens, even resulting in the death of one. The mainstream news media is hardly reporting it. And the White House is mum, citing that it cannot comment on an ongoing investigation.

There are many, many examples of how this Administration has done harm to the citizens of this nation. On one hand, it embarked on a policy to arm drug cartels waging war on our border, and on the other it is characterizing conservative white Americans as terrorists and extremists. The Department of Homeland Security released yet another video, this time a 30 second PSA, depicting whites as terrorists in their "If you see something, say something" campaign. This is government run amuck.

2 Timothy 3:13 says, "But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." Don't put your trust in government. Only Jesus has your back!

America - A Nation In Desperation!

In this issue of the Last Trumpet Newsletter, we will closely examine the current events of our time and the prevalent state of desperation now so common in the endeavors of mankind. Whether you look at the high unemployment rate in the United States, the failing economies of Europe, the turmoil in the Middle East, the drug related violence in Mexico, or the natural disasters occurring throughout the world, it will soon become clear that much of this planet is in a state of despair and misery. Why is there so much trouble in the world?

Apostasy In The Churches!

In the Holy Bible, we are warned of the sorrows that will befall man if he should ever forget God. Yet, in the United States, a country which is traditionally regarded to have a Christian majority, many people have turned their backs on the Lord, and while they may pay lip service to Him, they do not honor Him with their actions. It is interesting to note that a recent survey found that 80 percent of Americans who claim to be Christian are inactive. (1) Sadly, the term "Christian" has become a cultural identifier rather than a way of life for many people.

Although there are religious organizations and churches all over the United States, ranging in size from small to large, many of those religious assemblies are operating under the influence of a strange spirit that is not of God. For example, the United Church of Christ, which was formerly the denomination of choice for Barack Obama, has recently voted to remove the term "God the Father" from its organizational documents. The denomination claims that referring to God as "heavenly father" is too restrictive, yet a spokeswoman for the organization stated that referring to God as "Father and Mother" is acceptable. (2)

Some churches have become so devoid of discernment and understanding that they have actually read from the so-called "holy book" of Islam, known as the Qur'an. A new interfaith movement is gaining traction in the United States thanks in part to an organization known as Faith Shared. The group's website states, "Faith Shared asks houses of worship across the country to organize events involving clergy reading from each other's sacred texts. An example would be a Christian Minister, Jewish Rabbi and Muslim Imam participating in a worship service or other event. Suggested readings will be provided from the Torah, the Gospels, and the Qur'an, but communities are encouraged to choose readings that will resonate with their congregations. Involvement of members from the Muslim community is key. We will also provide suggestions on how to incorporate this program into your regular worship services." (3) On June 26, 2011, fifty churches from twenty-six states held readings from the Qur'an. (4) The churches who participated in these "interfaith worship services" must have torn II Corinthians out of their Bibles. For we read in II Corinthians 6:14-17, "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you."

Yes, there is much apostasy within mainstream Christianity these days. In the state of New York, which recently became the sixth state in America to legalize same-sex marriage, many churches are now allowing or even embracing the homosexual lifestyle. The New England Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America has issued a document stating that pastors may perform same-sex wedding ceremonies if they desire to do so. (5) Meanwhile, the bishop at the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island has issued a deadline demanding that gay priests with active partners be married within the next nine months. (6)

As we move closer to the return of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, we will find an increasing number of churches espousing unbiblical doctrines. Christians who fully embrace the entire Bible as the inspired Word of God will become fewer in number, but we know that God will always have a remnant people. Be assured that even though much of the religion in the world today is phony and counterfeit and rife with impiety, God is very real; and amidst all the trouble in the world, He can sustain us through the hard times in which we live.

Economic Desperation!

We are truly living in a time of economic desperation. Despite multiple attempts by the Obama Administration and the Federal Reserve to "stimulate" the United States' economy, all of their efforts have been for naught, and the economy has seen very little improvement despite the assertion by government officials that the country has been recovering since 2009. Fewer people are still believing their claims, however. A recent poll by the New York Times found that 39 percent of the respondents believe the United States economy has entered a state of permanent decline. (7) Many experts agree with that sentiment. Peter Schiff, the CEO at Europacific Capital, stated in a recent interview, "The stimulus is wearing off and the much anticipated hangover is starting to set in. The economy is now in worse shape because the government stimulated it. The stimulus merely interfered with the corrective process. So instead of resolving some of our economic imbalances, the government has made them worse. Now we are on the precipice of a bigger economic decline than the one the stimulus interrupted back in 2009." (8) Economist David Rosenberg stated in an interview with CNBC, "Everything is telling you how soft the underbelly of the economy really is. We're just one small shock away from the economy going back into recession." (9)

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke has blamed the stalling economy on the high cost of oil and recent natural disasters, such as the earthquake which struck Japan in March 2011. "Once the temporary shocks that have been holding down economic activity pass, we expect to see again the effects of (recent Fed policy) reflected in stronger economic activity and job creation," Bernanke stated. (10) However, Drew Matus, a senior economist at UBS Investment Research, was not quite as optimistic. "A lot of the options he put on the table were effectively worthless. So I think Bernanke really is just hoping for the best," Matus said. (11)

Sadly, unemployment has only grown worse over the last few months. On July 7, 2011, Barack Obama issued prepared remarks to the media stating, "The economy as a whole just isn't producing nearly enough jobs for everybody who is looking." (12) Obama's comments seemed to be a bit of an understatement. In fact, growth in the labor market for the month of June 2011 was so poor that it shocked many economists who were expecting about 90,000 new jobs to be created. In reality, there were only 18,000 new jobs, which was the worst rate of employment growth since September 2010. David Semmens, an economist at Standard Chartered in New York, put it rather bluntly, stating, "It's a terrible number. There is no good news you can glean from it." (13)

With such a lack of steady and reliable employment options in America, many young people are finding themselves with no other choice but to work three or four separate jobs. Carl E. Van Horn, director of the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers, said, "Young college graduates working multiple jobs is a natural consequence of a bad labor market and having, on average, $20,000 worth of student loans to pay off." Mr. Van Horn further went on to say, "There are two types of people in this position: the graduate who can't get a full-time job, and the person whose income isn't sufficient to meet their expenses. The only cure for young people in this position is an economic recovery of robust proportions. " (14)

In some cases, those who do have jobs do not get to keep them very long. This was the cold reality for forty-two graduates of the Police Academy in Cleveland, Ohio. The graduates were given their guns and badges, and proclaimed to be police officers. Less than an hour later, they were laid off because the city could not afford to pay them. thirty-two year-old Robby Prock was understandably disappointed. "You're full of joy that you finally got in, and everything's going good. And then all of the sudden, it just gets ripped away from you," Prock said. The city of Cleveland has laid off 321 employees so far in 2011. (15)

The state of affairs in this erstwhile great nation of the United States has grown so bleak that some unemployed women have resorted to relocating to the state of Nevada so they can legally work in brothels as prostitutes. A manager at one of these filthy establishments stated, "We've seen over the course of the last couple of years a massive flow of women from all around the country. It's their first time in the sexual-entertainmen t business and they're showing up here - literally on our doorstep sometimes - for the purpose of seeking work to support their families: their husbands, their children, their parents. It's a zillion-fold increase. When things started to get really bad, in the fall of '07, we started seeing things increase and there's been no let-up." (16)

All across America you will find people in a state of desperation doing things they probably never thought they would do. On July 13, 2011, in the city of Dallas, Texas, about 5000 people lined up at the Jesse Owens Memorial Complex for a chance to apply for a limited amount of rental vouchers, which are distributed to low-income applicants to help pay a portion of their housing rent. When the office building opened for business that morning, a stampede of humans rushed the complex resulting in the injury of eight people. (17)

States such as Illinois, Texas, Arizona, Georgia, and Florida have seen a large spike in the theft of air conditioners. The conditioning units are stolen for their valuable copper components, which are stripped from the cooling equipment and then sold as scrap metal. The thieves have grown increasingly brash according to the sheriff in Parker County, Texas. "Some of them have even gone up on the roof with ladders and cut the condition units loose up there and dropped 'em over the side of the building and hauled 'em off," remarked Sheriff Larry Fowler. (18)

Thieves in Antioch, California, have grown so desperate that they have knocked down an estimated three hundred power poles and stripped them of their copper wiring. In one brazen theft, an entire power transformer was stolen from a pole, which is a particularly risky maneuver that could result in electrocution if done improperly. (19)

In Lee County, Florida, thieves have stolen at least ten storm drain covers, along with metal drains and grates. The stolen equipment is valued at about four thousand dollars. Frank Neal, the vice president of the Charleston Park Neighborhood Association, remarked, "People are trying to survive." (20)

Violence In The Streets!
These are hard times in the United States. The current circumstances are particularly worrisome to James Carville, a Democratic strategist who used to do work for former President Bill Clinton. Speaking of the economic distress and the bleak job market, Carville said, "You know, if it continues, we're going to start to see civil unrest in this country. I hate to say that, but I think it's imminently possible." (21) There is already some evidence that Mr. Carville may be correct. My father used to talk about what would happen if this spoiled generation could no longer obtain the things they wanted. He predicted that if the young people in today's push-button society, which has grown so accustomed to instant gratification, could no longer purchase the things they wanted to buy, they would simply steal them. Since the adult population has taken many of the low-paying fast food and retail jobs that used to be common amongst young people, much of America's youth cannot find a job.

In Chicago, Illinois, and several other cities throughout the United States, there are now roving gangs of teenagers who band together to rob automobiles, stores, and people on the street. In June 2011, a man was dragged off his scooter and beaten by a group of fifteen to twenty teenagers on the streets of Chicago. Shortly thereafter, another man was knocked off his bike and punched by a mob of teenagers who then stole his cell phone and camera. (22) In early May 2011, two bike riders were attacked by a mob of approximately one hundred teenagers, who took the men and threw them into Lake Michigan. (23) On June 7, 2011, as many as fifteen teens boarded two buses operated by the Chicago Transit Authority and attacked the passengers before darting off with stolen electronic devices. (24) Similar gangs of teenagers have robbed convenience stores and other shops in Washington, D.C.; Las Vegas, Nevada; and St. Paul, Minnesota. (25)

American Lives - Micromanaged And Controlled!

The United States of America is undergoing a rapid wave of change, and this change is not for the better. We may soon reach a point where this once vibrant country, which placed such a high value on freedom and liberty, will no longer even resemble the nation it once was. We are now seeing the groundwork being laid to take away any remaining freedom that the American people have left.

A shocking article, written by James Bamford and published by PBS in 2009, tells a frightening story that indicates just how close we are to an Orwellian Police State here in America. The National Security Agency, or NSA, is developing an artificial intelligence system known as AQUAINT, which is an acronym for Advanced Question Answering for Intelligence. In the article, Mr. Bamford writes, "With the entire Internet and thousands of databases for a brain, the device will be able to respond almost instantaneously to complex questions posed by intelligence analysts. As more and more data is collected - through phone calls, credit card receipts, social networks like Facebook and MySpace, GPS tracks, cell phone geolocation, Internet searches, Amazon book purchases, even E-Z Pass toll records - it may one day be possible to know not just where people are and what they are doing, but what and how they think." (26) A former researcher who worked on the project stated, "The technology behaves like a robot, understanding and answering complex questions. Think of '2001: A Space Odyssey' and the most memorable character, HAL 9000, having a conversation with David. We are essentially building this system. We are building HAL." (27)

Even without a sophisticated system such as AQUAINT, government agencies in the United States already have access to a great deal of information regarding the lives and habits of American citizens. The U.S. Patriot Act has given agencies such as the FBI the ability to compel companies such as Facebook, Microsoft, Google, Apple, and other technology providers to turn over any information they request. In fact, all American companies are subject to the Patriot Act, even when they are not operating in the United States. Gordon Frazer, the managing director for the United Kingdom branch of Microsoft, was recently asked the question, "Can Microsoft guarantee that EU (European Union)-stored data, held in EU based datacenters, will not leave the European Economic Area under any circumstances - even under a request by the Patriot Act?" Mr. Frazer answered, "Microsoft cannot provide those guarantees. Neither can any other company." (28)

The New Normal!

It is no secret that if people believe there is a clear and present danger many will give up their freedom for the sake of security and protection. The security measures now in place at airports would have been unthinkable to Americans only a few generations ago. Yet while some people protest the methods and procedures of the Transportation Security Administration, nearly everyone complies with their demands. The reality is that every passenger at an airport is now treated as a potential terrorist, regardless of how young or how old a person may be. This sad fact became poignantly clear when airport screeners at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport subjected a six year-old girl to an rigorous pat-down on April 5, 2011. On June 18, 2011, a ninety-five year old woman was subjected to a pat-down and inspection at an airport in Florida. The elderly woman was forced to remove her adult diaper during the inspection. (29) Regarding the incident, TSA spokeswoman Sari Koshetz stated, "TSA cannot exempt any group from screening because we know from intelligence that there are terrorists out there that would then exploit that vulnerability. " (30)

In early July, the TSA issued a statement indicating that terrorists could potentially attempt to circumvent airport security procedures by surgically implanting explosives in their bodies. Because of this possibility, TSA officials have warned that there could be additional security procedures put into place. "As a precaution, passengers flying from international locations to US destinations may notice additional security measures in place. These measures are designed to be unpredictable, so passengers should not expect to see the same activity at every international airport. Measures may include interaction with passengers, in addition to the use of other screening methods such as pat-downs and the use of enhanced tools and technologies, " the statement said. (31) I cannot help but wonder what more they could possibly do to further scrutinize passengers.

It would be reasonable to assume that with all of the security measures which have been implemented at airports across the United States a security breach should be nearly impossible. Yet, on June 24, 2011, a Nigerian national by the name of Olajide Noibi was allowed to board a plane at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York using a college ID and an expired boarding pass with a name that did not even match his identification. Mr. Noibi was then allowed to fly all the way to Los Angeles on the Virgin Atlantic flight, even after airline personnel became aware of the breach while in flight. Upon landing, the man was not even detained. (32) Considering the fact that a breach of this magnitude occurred, we might reasonably ask ourselves if all the TSA's so-called "enhanced" screening procedures are really making the American people safer.

As time marches on, security measures are becoming more stringent, and just how intrusive they may become in the future can only be imagined. Additional security procedures have already been put in place in locations outside of airports, such as the subway stations of New York City. Passengers on the trains are now being watched, scrutinized, and randomly searched. Of the security procedures now in place, Inspector Scott Shanley of the New York Police Department commented, "This is the new normal." (33)

America - A Dry And Withering Land!

Most Americans have probably heard the song "America the Beautiful" at one time or another. This patriotic song opens with the following lines, "O beautiful for spacious skies, for amber waves of grain, for purple mountain majesties, above the fruited plain." Sadly, the "amber waves of grain" spoken of in the song are noticeably absent throughout many of the American states due to a devastating drought, which has spread across fourteen states. The drought is particularly bad in the state of Texas, which saw all 254 counties declared natural disaster areas by the United States Department of Agriculture in June 2011. (34) As of July 14, 2011, exceptional drought, the most severe classification assigned by climatologists, has engulfed over 70 percent of Texas and over 58 percent of Oklahoma. The drought has also affected 17 percent of Kansas, 3/4 of Georgia, 1/2 of Florida, and 40 percent of Alabama. (35) "We're really looking at a throwback summer to some of our more intense drought periods such as the 1930s and the 1950s and of course the 1980s heat wave as well," said climatologist Gary McManus. (36) Unfortunately, the drought is expected to cause poor crop yields this year, which will likely result in even higher prices at the supermarket. The drought has persisted for months, and many people, particularly in Texas, have grown so frustrated that they have actually wished for a hurricane to bring moisture to the area. "They can be a lifesaver," said one cattle rancher. (37)

Desperation Around The World
With so many problems facing the United States of America, those of us who live here sometimes forget that much of the world is in deep trouble as well. Africa is suffering from its worst drought in sixty years, which has affected ten million people throughout the continent; particularly in Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, and Uganda. (38)

In Japan, much of the nation is still struggling with the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami of March 11, 2011, and the nuclear disaster that occurred thereafter. The city of Ishinomaki was one of the areas most severely affected by the disaster. "On a recovery scale of zero to ten, some parts of Ishinomaki are at zero and some are at one. Nowhere is better than that," said the city's mayor, Hiroshi Kameyama. (39)

Famine is so severe in the Communist nation of North Korea that many people are starving to death. "People are very poor again, they are going to the mountains to get grasses and weeds to make into soup," said Kim Yeong, a sixty-eight year-old Korean man now living in China. (40)

In Europe, financial crises in Greece, Spain, and Italy have left many worried about the economic future of the European Union. "Global equities could lose up to 35 percent of their value if the situation deteriorates into a full-blown financial crisis on the scale of the fallout from the collapse of the Lehman Brothers in 2008," analysts from Deutsche Bank warned. (41)

There is so much more that could be said about the desperate times that we live in. However, I am once again running out of space. I am thankful that we can rely on God, for without His mercy and grace, life would truly seem hopeless. He is the shelter from the storm, and the solution to our problems. For as it says in Psalm 34:4-6, "I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles." Likewise, in Psalm 33:18-20, we read, "Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield." If you find yourself struggling and do not know where to turn, please remember that God is always there. I urge you all to fully yield your hearts to our Almighty God.

My holy people, I have judgment in store for those who refuse My mercy, but I have many great things for those who receive it.

Never before in the history of mankind, is there such a struggling, a futile struggle, trying to make a way on their own, against a tide of ever increasing struggle. Literally everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong, and this continues day to day, week to week, month to month and year to year. This struggling is futile for those who have not received My mercy and become part of the family.

My holy people, I want you to turn your eyes upon Me, especially during this time. This is a time when I desire to do many things that will astound the people of the world. After all, they believe you, My holy people, are foolish for following Me. But they will see who is really foolish. With their own eyes they will see My blessings overflow you and My favor shower down all over you. All your affairs; personally, in business, in ministry and in your family.

The world will see with their own eyes and be amazed at what I will do for you. This will capture the hearts of some, but most have hearts of stone, unable to turn to Me, since they have no feeling at all. Their heart has become dead to My drawing, dead to My Presence and dead to eternal life in Me.

Still, I am determined to display My mercy and splendor to an unbelieving world, that My Great Name be established and glorified in the earth. No more will you hope against hope, but My holy people will really see My Hand of blessing and favor extended in this hour. I do not do this for you, but I do this for My Great Name's sake.

Do not fear at this time. Fear is your greatest enemy. It often is the very thing that blocks My favor and blessing from flowing in your life. Remember that fear is more than an emotion, more than a spirit. Fear is a sin that stagnates and paralyzes My holy people from doing My will in the earth. Fear keeps the soul bound, even when I have made the Spirit to sour.

So now it is time to receive. Receive Me. Receive My blessing and favor. Receive My outragiously gracious gifts that you may show an unbelieving world how big My love truly is.

Genesis 47:13-27

Good morning, brothers and sisters; it's always a delight to see the pews crowded on Sunday morning, and so eager to get into God's Word.

Turn with me in your Bibles, if you will, to the 47th chapter of Genesis. We'll begin our reading at verse 13, and go through verse 27.
Brother Ray, would you stand and read that great passage for us? ...(reading) ...Thank you for that fine reading, Brother Ray.

So we see that economic hard times fell upon Egypt , and the people turned to the government of Pharaoh to deal with this for them. And Pharaoh nationalized the grain harvest, and placed the grain in great storehouses that he had built. So the people brought their money to Pharaoh, like a great tax increase, and gave it all to him willingly in return for grain. And this went on until their money ran out, and they were hungry again.
So when they went to Pharaoh after that, they brought their livestock - their cattle, their horses, their sheep, and their donkey - to barter for grain, and verse 17 says that only took them through the end of that year.

But the famine wasn't over, was it? So the next year, the people came before Pharaoh and admitted they had nothing left, except their land and their own lives. "There is nothing left in the sight of my lord but our bodies and our land. Why should we die before your eyes, both we and our land? Buy us and our land for food, and we with our land will be servants to Pharaoh." So they surrendered their homes, their land, and their real estate to Pharaoh's government, and then sold themselves into slavery to him, in return for grain.
What can we learn from this, brothers and sisters?

That turning to the government instead of to God to be our provider in hard times only leads to slavery? Yes... That the only reason government wants to be our provider is to also become our master? Yes.
But look how that passage ends, brothers and sisters! Thus Israel settled in the land of Egypt , in the land of Goshen . And they gained possessions in it, and were fruitful and multiplied greatly." God provided for His people, just as He always has! They didn't end up giving all their possessions to government, no, it says they gained possessions!

But I also tell you a great truth today, and an ominous one. We see the same thing happening today - the government today wants to "share the wealth" once again, to take it from us and redistribute it back to us. It wants to take control of healthcare, just as it has taken control of education, and ration it back to us, and when government rations it, then government decides who gets it, and how much, and what kind And if we go along with it, and do it willingly, then we will wind up no differently than the people of Egypt did four thousand years ago - as slaves to the government, and as slaves to our leaders.

What Mr. Obama's government is doing now is no different from what Pharaoh's government did then, and it will end the same. And a lot of people like to call Mr.Obama a "Messiah," don't they? Is he a Messiah? A savior? Didn't the Egyptians say, after Pharaoh made them his slaves, "You have saved our lives; may it please my lord, we will be servants to Pharaoh"?

Well, I tell you this - I know the Messiah; the Messiah is a friend of mine; and Mr. OBAMA IS NO MESSIAH! No, brothers and sisters, if Mr. Obama is a character from the Bible, then he is Pharaoh.

Bow with me in prayer, if you will...

Lord, You alone are worthy to be served, and we rely on You, and You alone. We confess that the government is not our deliverer, and never rightly will be. We read in the eighth chapter of 1 Samuel, when Samuel warned the people of what a ruler would do, where it says "And in that day you will cry out because of your king, whom you have chosen for yourselves, but the LORD will not answer you in that day..."
And Lord, we acknowledge that day has come. We cry out to you because of the ruler that we have chosen for ourselves as a nation.
Lord, we pray for this nation. We pray for revival, and we pray for deliverance from those who would be our masters. Give us hearts to seek You and hands to serve You, and protect Your people from the atrocities of Pharaoh's government.

There Will Be No Delay

My holy people; time is moving quickly and so is My Word. What I am saying in these days will not happen far off at some other time, but what I am speaking is a now word, a vision of the immediate future, and for right away. No longer will you be waiting for My Words to come to pass in your distant future. No longer will you assume what I am saying is for the end of your life, or possibly for the time after your life. The things I am speaking at this time are for now. Get yourselves ready. For the time is at hand for Me to show wonders in the earth, to correct those that are in gross error and to begin to build once again.

I have been tearing down. Tearing down what most have called the church. Tearing down the institution, the ridiculous institution that has become a shame and a laughing stock in the land. Many have forsaken the church, for they recognize that I am tearing down what has become a great tragedy, a great laughing stock to both the world and to those that desire true life in Me. Even the world knows what has gone on is not right. Even those far outside My will and way are able to discern what most of the church has not been able to see right before their face.

There is a remnant, a small band of those that are the true Church. People that meet and worship Me in Spirit and in Truth. People that day to day minister to Me and to those in their midst. This small troup is now positioned to become a great and mighty army. Not by might and not by power, but by My Spirit. It will not be those with great sums of money nor those with great influence and persuasion, but it will be those who are led by My Spirit, who are guided and direected and follow the leading of My Spirit ... who will become the great and mighty army I am speaking of.

Those that will put aside their fear of failure and their thoughts of how things appear and embrace only what is upon My Great Heart, will become a mighty force in the land. For you see, there has been much fear among the remnant and the remnant is apt to give too much thought to appearance. In the days ahead boldness will replace fear and righteousness will replace thoughts of appearance sake. For I am the Lord and these things I am doing in hearts and in lives even now as I am speaking.

Gone are the days of the little meeting down at the church building. I am now gathering together those that will radically follow Me and positioning them so that they can become a vast army, capable of advancing My Kingdom and bringing great honor and glory to My Name.

Those that sit cowering in their church buildings, waiting for something will be sorely disappointed. When I come, will I find faith in the earth. I know what My glorious bride-to-be shall look like ... she will look like Tirzah, the great and mighty victorious army ... shields shining, swords blazing in the Son, and it will beautiful in My sight. My glorious bride-to-be shall not look like a bunch of cowards, hovering in their shack, hiding from the enemy. My beautiful bride-to-be will be victorious, advancing My Kingdom, and empowered by My Spirit.

So it is really time to decide; what will I choose this day. Will I follow My victorious King or will I follow the traditions of men? Will I become part of a mighty army sweeping the nations, climbing mountains and advancing My Kingdom? Or will I simply attend church meetings and hope to stay ok, protected from the world and the many problems that are coming? It is your choice you know, to follow Me or not to follow Me. Choose wisely. Choose carefully. For soon your choices will be evident and those that do not really follow Me will be overtaken by all kinds of things; things sent to disband and to disqualify those that no longer follow Me, but the dictates of men. Make no excuses ... I will be sending these things, not the enemy. I am cleaning up those that are out of the way and those that repent will become part of My great and mighty army that I am building.

To those that are part of the remnant, part of My glrious bride-to-be, I say look up. Listen up. Put your attention on things above, not on things of the earth. Listen to what is upon My Great Heart. Refuse to fear and refuse to give too much thought to appearance. Instead listen intently to what is upon My Great Heart and enter into a greater intimacy with Me than you have even thought possible. Because that is what I am doing right now. I am building and strengthening your relationship with Me. I am doing this and it is a glorious work. Do not hesitate, but fully enter into the rest I have supplied.

Also to those that are part of the remnant ... hear and know that I also want you to build relationship with those around you. Those that are part of the remnant are to be your brothers and sisters. You are fellow soldiers in a great and mighty army that I am building. Make yourselves ready by building relationship with those around you, making sure that those you are related to are part of this great and mighty army too. I am building relationship with Me and I am building relationship among My glorious, beautiful bride-to-be. It is a glorious work and there is none like it in the entirety of the earth and even throughout the history of you as a people.

So allow Me to build. Follow My lead. Follow Me, follow Me ... I'll lead the way. Follow Me, follow Me ... I am the way. Follow Me, follow Me ... in Spirit and Truth. We have major parts of the unrelenting stream of bad news coming from the various avenues of the media, the Press, of this country. We have to ask ourselves why this is the case. Immense civilizations have long existed that did not have the Press like we do today, nor the information which seems to be overwhelming us. When asking why we have such continually bad news, especially when pollsters have consistently discovered that many people are sick and tired of it, we have to look beyond Conventional Wisdom to find the answer.
Incredibly, the Plan was written almost 200 years ago to use the Mass Media (Press) as the bloody battering ram to destroy the present world order so the New World Order may be established, through "oceans of blood and tears"!

Presidential threats and tantrums signal need for change

Virginia Republican Congressman Eric Cantor told FOX News that the president stormed out of debt ceiling meetings at the White House on Wednesday saying, 'Ronald Reagan wouldn't sit here. You either have to compromise on the dollar figure or the grand bargain' ... He said 'don't call my bluff. I'm going to the American people on this.'" The president is right to a certain extent saying that Ronald Reagan wouldn't have sat through that. Reagan would have had the issue resolved by now. Reagan would not have threatened senior citizens, veterans, and the disabled with cutting off their Social Security. But this president, when someone disagrees with his socialist spending agenda, throws a tantrum and walks out.

The debate over the debt ceiling appears to me to have many meanings. From the macro point of view, it is the debate over whether the government can continue to spend your tax dollars at a rate of about $80,000 per minute. Raising the debt ceiling only enables this covetousness to continue. If there is continuous raising of the debt limit without true budget cuts, and I am not talking about amounts over a ten year period, the government will continue to grow larger with greater debt and eventually the weight of that debt will collapse the economy, if it hasn't already. This is exactly what socialists want because it will make the government the central part of the economy, with people dependent on the government.

When people are dependent on the government, the government can then threaten them, as the president has threatened senior citizens, the disabled and veterans with withholding life sustaining needs to get what he wants. Good stewardship is not spending taxpayer money to renovate Islamic mosques in other countries, or to fund the president's disbanded grass roots organizing group, ACORN, in its re-birthed subsidiaries, or nation building efforts with a terrorist organization such as the Muslim Brotherhood, or the murderous Planned Parenthood, or funding Muslim businesses overseas. Good stewardship is also not robbing the Social Security Trust Fund to fund other government programs. This must be stopped.

This nation is at a crossroads. The president storming out of a meeting invoking Ronald Reagan and throwing a passive aggressive temper tantrum is not good reason to continue government spending at lethal levels. National security and the general welfare of the public is at stake. Now more than ever we need to collectively become a 2 Chronicles 7:14 people, "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." Our sin is not following the word of God in the first place and it has gotten us into a lot of trouble. Let's change that. Let's decide today to change the course of this nation.

Not only has Christianity been under unremitting attack for decades (centuries, actually) but, in addition to atheism, the Far Left has been successfully promoting pagan-style belief systems such as Gaia (Mother Earth) worship, and other anti-Judeo/Christian beliefs and practices. Link Link
No group is more of a threat to the Judeo/Christian culture than Islam. The Far Left and Islam are cynically using each other to attain diametrically opposed ends—the one wants an atheistic NWO, while the Islamists want a world-wide caliphate under Allah’s rule. The Islamists are being used as “shock troops” to help topple the West, while the Far Left atheists are being used by the Islamists for the same reason, but with a much different end game in mind. America’s Christians need to present a united front against our enemies. Now is not the time for ontological nitpicking and epistemological debate. Now is the time for dedicated, focused action. Despite the numerous issues that have divided America’s Christians, there are certain core beliefs that mainstream Christians, as a whole, need to rededicate themselves to. We need a list of fundamental core beliefs—bedrocks of our faith.

Although I certainly do not consider the following list to be either exhaustive, or graven in stone, I do believe it may be helpful in clarifying things, and separating the wheat from the chaff. I offer it as a suggested guideline, that others, better qualified than I, might use as a starting template. As Christians we believe that:

Jesus is The Lord.

Jesus is The Way.

Jesus performed real miracles—not stunts, not tricks, not magic, but real miracles.

“Each of us, as individuals (with God’s grace), earns our salvation.”

We rejoice in our hearts (“We are the Easter people and hallelujah is our song.”)

The Bible is a holy book—the holy book.

The Judeo/Christian tradition—Western civilization—is worth defending; worth fighting for, and if need be, worth dying for. We are not rug-mats.
In addition, we believe in:

The Crucifixion and the Resurrection.

Divine reward and punishment (heaven and hell).

The Ten Commandments.

Jesus’ 11th Commandment (“Love others as I have loved you”—a key word being “as”).
Permit me to briefly elaborate on some of the elements in the above list. Jesus changed things, changed reality, shook up the status quo, and stood it on its head. I cannot overemphasize how important that is. It is one of the main reasons why Christianity has been such a powerful force for constructive change in this world. Jesus was not a “que sera, sera” fatalist. Nor was He just some swell guy that helped people, and came to a sticky end.

Call Him by the Hebrew name “Joshua,” or the Aramaic “Yahshua,” or the Greek “Iesous,” or the English “Jesus,” He is the world’s preeminent spiritual teacher. No other religious figure comes close to having had the global impact of Jesus Christ.
Some Christians may identify with “Christ Consciousness”—fine, whatever floats your boat. But Jesus is our teacher, our exemplar, and our Lord. For Christians, Jesus and God are synonymous. Any of you who are deeply involved in the spiritual journey can rest assured that should you ever attain the spiritual heights and perfection of Jesus, we will let you know, okay? In the meantime, Jesus is our guide, our saviour, and our Way.

When we say that Jesus performed miracles, we mean that He did things that are normally outside the laws of nature as we understand them. This is not, contrary to what some may think, tantamount to believing in hocus-pocus voodoo magic It is a legitimate scientific hypothesis, in line with what we now know about quantum mechanics, and the importance of consciousness in determining our reality. Miracles, real miracles—that is, occurrences that transcend natural law—are not only possible, they happen all the time. There has not been a time when they did not happen. The ongoing, constant genesis of the universe is just one example. This is not to denigrate natural law, whose existence is crucial to material existence, but to put it in its proper place, as just one subset, or paradigm, of reality. Link

The Far Left atheists have made an art of taking beautiful spiritual truths, and twisting them to fit their Godless agenda. The egoic spin that they give to spiritual matters cannot help but pervert and damage them in the process. One example is the idea of “collective salvation.”

While the Leftist collectivists may feel that collective salvation is a groovy idea, the truth is that Christians are taught that they must earn their salvation. I have yet to find a Biblical passage such as “Thou shalt sit on thy butt until My return,” but I have found verses that encourage me to help others, that tell me to follow the Ten Commandments, and to pick up my cross and follow Jesus.

Yes, we are saved by God’s grace and His Son’s sacrifice, but we have our part to play as well. Getting saved is not like falling off a log. James’ observation that “Faith without works is dead” doesn’t mean that faith without works has a slight headache; it means it is dead —d-e-a-d, dead.

There is indeed such a thing as what Dr. Jung termed the “collective unconscious” (also known as the race mind, the noosphere, and mitote, among other names). That does not mean that everyone gets a free ride to salvation, however. You’ll be waiting for eternity if you’re waiting for the collective unconscious to give you a lift. Individual “effort” lifts the collective unconscious, not the other way around. As usual, the liberals have it bass ackwards.

On a personal note—regarding heaven and hell, I believe in heaven, but I believe that there is more than one. That is, I believe in celestial realms—plural. I believe in hell, but not eternal damnation. That is, I believe that we will pay a stiff price for practicing egoic hubris in this life, but I do not believe that a loving God condemns his children to eternal torment for temporal (i.e. temporary) evil that they have done through blind ignorance, moral turpitude, and arrogance.

Just as I believe in celestial realms, I also believe in hellish realms (plural)—“In my Father’s house are many rooms.” That being said, I have no difficulty in equating my beliefs in this regard with a divine system of reward and punishment—that is, heaven and hell.

(Sidebar: The Bible does indeed teach the concept of karmic payback—usually via stories and parables, but sometimes quite explicitly, as in Obadiah 1:15, “As you have done, it shall be done to you….,” and, of course, Galatians 6:7, “A man reaps what he sows.” Please note that I am not trying to “push” my beliefs about karma, heaven and hell, or whatever, on anyone. I am not proselytizing, and could not care less whether others share my views or not. I share them because they may be of some help to folks who are “stuck” over these issues. Take them, or leave them, it’s all the same to me. My point is that there is no real reason for acrimonious disagreement, as long as we are agreed on the fundamental issue that there is a system of divine reward and punishment. We have more important matters on the Christian plate at the moment, than “how many angels can dance on the head of a pin,” and other such esoteric concerns. [Hint: the answer is similar to the answer for the Zen koan, “What is the sound of one hand clapping”]). Link Link

Be that as it may, that’s all I have to say at this time about the above list. There is, of course, much more that I could write about regarding these things, but that’s enough for now. I hope that it serves to initiate some fruitful dialogue, and I apologize if I have inadvertently offended anyone, but the times are dire, and Christianity—Western Christianity especially—needs to buckle down and get its game face on.
George Washington, America’s first President, and a man of unwavering faith and rock-solid integrity, was spot on when he observed that, “There is but one straight course, and that is to seek truth and pursue it steadily.” Christianity should hold on to its core principles and beliefs, but at the same time, never be afraid to tread new ground in the pursuit of Truth/God.

Christianity is not some reactionary, stagnant, musty outdated creed, with no relevance to the modern world, but a vibrant, dynamic, exultant thrust at the diabolical heart of the atheistic, nihilistic, self-centered insanity of the Far Left—in all its various deceptive guises and variations.

To conclude this article I would like to briefly discuss two related issues. First, some people have a concern over the possibility of the United States becoming a theocracy. This, to me, is a non-issue. The Founding fathers were quite aware of the problems that would arise should any one Christian denomination gain exclusive control over the US government. They went to great pains to insure that such a thing would/could not happen.

The fact that the new nation would be a Christian one was a given, but the idea of one particular Christian denomination being the premier religion of the country was wisely subsumed into the more generic idea that God, per se, would be the nation’s guiding light—in order to forestall internecine religious squabbles.

For example, Maryland (Mary’s land) was founded as a Catholic colony, and Connecticut came under the control of Protestant Congregationalists. It was in a letter replying to the concerns of Connecticut Baptists that Thomas Jefferson coined his now famous (infamous) phrase about the separation of church and state. Link

As is obvious from even glancing familiarity with the subject, Jefferson was talking about the need for the federal government to keep its nose out of “we the people’s” business—in particular, our religious business. The last thing he wanted was that the federal government should get itself involved in when and where “we the people” should and should not pray, and other religious concerns. Such private matters are none of the federal government’s d—n business, he would have said—or words to that effect.

In closing I would like to discuss American Jews. Hardly a topic that I can do justice to in a few short paragraphs, but nonetheless I think it is worth mentioning some things in passing.

For instance, it is worth noting that, like Christianity, Judaism is made up of a number of various divisions, or sects (Messianic Jews, Karaite Jews, Samaritan Jews, and so on), and these various “denominations” are further divided into sub-sects. Most Christians are not aware of this, or at best have some vague idea that Jews are divided into either the reformed or orthodox branches. This ignorance can have dangerous consequences, in that it can lead to having a skewed and incorrect picture of the Jews as some monolithic block of like-thinking clones. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Calm The Storm

My holy people; do not be surprised when storms arise as you follow Me. It happened with My disciples while I ministered on earth. It happens today with those that follow Me. Storms arise and as they do, it becomes an opportunity to trust Me fully.

Storms are also on the rise. Have you noticed that there are more storms as you follow Me closely? Storms arise and there is something you are to do when storms arise ... command them to cease.

You have been given authority over many things. You have been given authority to drive evil spirits out, to heal all manner of disease and weakness. You have also been given authority to command those things that oppose you to cease, to stop, and even to cast them into the midst of the sea. You, My holy people, have been given that authority. I have authorized you to command the storms to cease. Quit looking to Me, as the Discipiles did in this scripture. Quit looking to Me, as the one to command storms to cease. I am looking for a people who will radically follow Me. When storms come, they command them to stop in My Name. When evil spirits are discovered, they drive them out. When disease and weakness are found, they heal. I have already authorized you to do these things. Why do you come running to Me? Why do you come running to Me, accusing Me of not caring? I have already done what was needed. Now, it is time for you to arise in what I have given you, to stand steady in your trust in Me and to command the storms to obey you.

I have promised to be with you. I have promised never to leave you nor forsake you. I have promised to be with you, even to the end of the age ... so don't mistrust Me now. Trust Me fully to empower you, to stand by you, to enforce the decrees and pronouncements that are born from a pure heart of trust in Me.

I am looking for such to radically follow Me. I am not looking for the fearful or for the disobedient, but I am looking for those that will really trust Me and do what they have already been told to do. Following Me is not difficult to understand. It is so simple a child can do it. The real question you must answer is this: am I following?

If you find that you are not really following Me, then repent ... return to the highest place in Me. Return with all your heart and I will restore all that the enemy has stolen from you. Really ... all of it.

It is time for many of you to repent ... to return to the place of trust and confidence in My Word. Allow My Word to really be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path. Don't follow religious clichés and rhetoric. Instead, simply follow what My Word says, trusting Me to do what you could never do on your own. Then, you are really My disciples and you can calm any storms you face.

I have promised never to leave you and never to forsake you. Therefore, I have heard your heart cries. For many have been under the yoke of hard task masters, not under the hand of My great grace. The shepherds in the land have largely done what is right in their own eyes, instead of following Me. Not only that, but because the shepherds have not done what is upon My Great Heart, My sheep have become prey. Every wild thing, every demonic power, every disease and curse and illness has swept through My House and it has become a place where people are hurt, not helped.

I have heard the heart cries. I have heard the cries of those who have kept their trust in Me. I have heard the deep heart cries that rise from broken hearts, those who have kept their eyes on Me and upon My Kingdom. I have heard and this is My answer. I am taking over!

Soon you will see many things begin to change in the Church. Many things are going to be changing, even are changing now. For those who have trusted in Me will not be humiliated. This is My promise to those that trust Me.

More accountability and more relationship are needed in My Church. Not just relationship with Me, but relationship with one another. My commands are simple: love Me and love people. I am going to teach My Church to love one another, in order for them to accurately demonstrate My love to the world around. Do not fear the changes, but embrace them. A great change is needed in order to bring about the healing I desire to pour out, that I desire to release.

You are in need of much healing. Your soul is in need of much healing. I am taking over and there will not be any way the shepherds can ignore or reword what I am doing in the midst. It is going to be obvious and it is going to be before all the world to see. What I will be doing shall accomplish this great soul healing that is needed. Those that are broken shall rejoice at what I am doing in the earth. Those that are contrite shall celebrate the day of visitation that is about to ensue. I am pouring out My Spirit on all flesh and this outpouring will involve a reformation of much that is observed by the world about the church.

Do not fear. Do not be troubled. I am working a great thing in My beautiful bride-to-be. I am placing a beautiful, clean white dress upon her. I am giving her clean shoes and a clean face. I am giveing her beautiful accessories that will enhance her beauty. Especially the broken and contrite hearts ... these shall shine brilliantly for Me.

Not Even The Gates Of Hell...

Jesus is speaking in this verse, and he declares Himself to be the rock upon which the church shall be built. Jesus Himself established, built, and nurtured the Church. The Church does not belong to any human being--not a deacon or deacons, not the Board, not the Pastor or Priest, not the Bishop, nobody. It belongs to Jesus.

And Jesus said that even the gates of Hell would not be able to prevail over the Church.

After 2000 years, He has proved to be right. Emperors, Kings, Queens, false religions, and others have tried to stamp it out. Hostile political forces, such as Communism/Marxism have proclaimed its demise. Academics have declared that it is irrelevant due to the 'enlightened minds that reject any notion of deity.'

Yet the Church still stands, and in many areas of the world it is getting stronger. The more Christians are persecuted, the more the Church thrives.

Let this be a warning to certain forces in the Middle East and American politicians that support them. You will lose in the end.

Well, we need to dispense with false hope, accept that an economic collapse is coming, embrace the suck, and deal with it. The more wide awake and prepared the veterans are, the more they can lead their neighbors in weathering the storm without sacrificing liberty on the alter of temporary security. Veterans can lead the people in standing up and defending the powers reserved to the states or to the people (see the 10th Amendment), resisting the liberty crushing plans of the political and financial elites who intend to use chaos as an excuse to scrap our Constitution and national sovereignty once and for all.

Time is short, and we must get the veterans to focus on:

1. Food and fuel independence and security (as individuals, within local veterans organization chapters, neighborhood mutual aid societies, churches, co-ops, farmers markets, and at the town, county and state levels). 2. Physical security and Independence, again as individuals, neighborhoods, towns, counties and states, to include forming neighborhood watches, mutual aid associations, a volunteer sheriff’s posse (staffed by volunteers under direct command of the sheriff), and county militias established by county ordinances but staffed by self-supplied and self-funded volunteers (as is done in volunteer fire departments all over this nation), and ultimately, a true state militia capable of “repelling invasions” (using the research and model bills of Dr. Edwin Vieira).

3. Economic security and independence, as individuals and communities, including barter networks, use of silver and gold as real money, and sound money bills at the county and state levels (as Utah just passed). Certainly, we can work on all levels at the same time, but it is best to focus most of our energy on ourselves and our local communities, and work our way up from there. And we can do it in both the private and public sphere. We shouldn’t put all our eggs in any one basket. Let’s build up public institutions, but also while doing so, let’s take private action as individuals, family, friends, and neighbors.

Once again, we should be doing all of the above anyway, because that’s what it means to be a free people in free, sovereign states, in a constitutional republic, but it is especially crucial as we face the prospects of a coming economic collapse. Time is short, so please help us spread the message to all veterans and all Americans, and turn the tide.

Throughout our history, all of our enemies have misjudged the strength and resolve of the American people. The British Officer Corps were convinced that Americans were cowards who would not dare to fire on the Kings troops, only to have their asses handed to them by a swarm of ticked off American veterans while retreating back to Boston from Lexington and Concord.

Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan also misjudged our resolve, confusing our love of prosperity and peace with weakness, only to awaken a sleeping giant that kicked them in the teeth. Our enemies have always misjudged us as being too soft, too decadent, too disorganized and weak to put up much of a fight. And we have proved them wrong every time. The same holds true now, in the fight against the globalist, power-mad “elites’ who think they have us pegged, think they have it all figured out, and think we are too weak to resist their plans. It’s time to give them a lesson in American ingenuity and resolve.

He Was Crucified!

We will never be able to fully comprehend the spiritual aspect of Christ’s suffering and shame, but medical studies have shed glimpses of light on the physical agony and all the horror that Jesus endured on the cross.

For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. Hebrews 12:3

Sweating Drops of Blood
And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. Luke 22:44

The Scourging
Jesus, battered and bruised, dehydrated, and exhausted from a sleepless night, is taken across Jerusalem. It was there, in response to the cries of the mob, that Pilate ordered the condemned Jesus to scourging and crucifixion. Preparations for the scourging are carried out. Jesus is stripped of His clothing and His hands tied to a post above His head. The Roman legionnaire steps forward with the flagrum in his hand. This is a short whip consisting of several heavy, leather thongs with two small balls of lead attached near the ends of each. The heavy whip is brought down with full force again and again across Jesus’ shoulders, back, and legs.

Nailed to the Cross
The beam is placed on the ground and Jesus is quickly thrown backward with His shoulders against the wood. The legionnaire feels for the depression at the front of the wrist. He drives a heavy, square, wrought-iron nail through the wrist and deep into the wood. Quickly, he moves to the other side and repeats the action, being careful not to pull the arms too tightly, but to allow some flexion and movement. The beam is then lifted in place at the top of the posts and the titulus reading “Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews” is nailed in place.

The Agony
As the arms fatigue, great waves of cramps sweep over the muscles, knotting them in deep, relentless, throbbing pain. With these cramps comes the inability to push Himself upward. Hanging by His arms, the pectoral muscles are paralyzed and the intercostal muscles are unable to act. Air can be drawn into the lungs, but cannot be exhaled. Jesus fights to raise Himself in order to get even one short breath. Finally, carbon dioxide builds up in the lungs and in the blood stream and the cramps partially subside. Spasmodically, He is able to push Himself upward to exhale and bring in the life-giving oxygen.

Hours of this limitless pain, cycles of twisting, joint-rending cramps, intermittent partial asphyxiation, searing pain as tissue is torn from His lacerated back as He moves up and down against the rough timber. Then another agony begins. A deep crushing pain deep in the chest as the pericardium slowly fills with serum and begins to compress the heart.

The compressed heart is struggling to pump heavy, thick, sluggish blood into the tissues—the tortured lungs are making a frantic effort to gasp in small gulps of air. The markedly dehydrated tissues send their flood of stimuli to the brain. Jesus gasps, “I thirst.”

Final Cry
He can feel the chill of death creeping through His tissues. With one last surge of strength, He once again presses His torn feet against the nail, straightens His legs, takes a deeper breath, and utters His seventh and last cry, “Father, into thy hands I commit my spirit.”

A King of Glory

My heart jumps to be with you in that moment, knowing that your soul is being renewed, is being healed, is beginning to prosper.

Now is the time that I am moving to come into your life, into your situation, into your circumstances, into the very substance of your living. The door is opened, I am coming to establish My Kingdom in the place of your soul, in the place of your deep soul … making a forever change to how you think and how you feel and how you even make choices. The door has been opened, the way has been provided for you. I am coming in and establishing everything needed in you and for you. My Kingdom is coming to hearts that are desperate for Me.

How desperate are you? How very desperate are you for Me? Not what I can do for you, but how desperate are you for Me, for knowing Me, for finding Me, for following Me?

In you, My love, I have found a heart that desires Me more than any other. In you, My precious bride-to-be, I have found a heart cry that has reached My ears. In you, My holy people, I have found a desperate hunger for Me. Allow Me in. Allow the King of glory in.

United In Me

My holy people; the enemy of your soul whispers to you absolute defeat, while My Word declares loudly your absolute victory. Who will you believe?

I have reserved favor and blessing and victory for you, My holy people. In order to move that direction, you must be willing to take the faith I have put into you and the Word I have shown you and put them together. Combine them, mix them, stir them up. For as you dwell on My Word in faith, an amazing thing will happen: hope will be born and then strong declaration of My love, followed by My receiving glory and honor for what is done.

I am looking for those who are willing to engage the enemy with the weapon of faith, together with My Word and My Spirit to produce a decisive victory. Are you willing? Are you willing to step forward, stop believing the whispers of the enemy and begin to step forward in the things of My Kingdom?

I have a better road ahead for you, as you follow Me, as you radically follow Me into life. Your tongue has an amazing power within it … to either bless or curse. Are you blessing your life, your situation, your relationships, your ministry, your work and your play? Is your tongue praising and thanking? Are you willing to repent, to return to the highest place in Me and be renewed?

Today can be that day for you. Today can be that day when everything turns around and begins to go better. I have given you everything that pertains to life and godliness. Will you take what I have given you and live to the full for Me today? There is standing before you a fork in the road … the way of My Kingdom and your own way. Which will it be? I desire the best for you. I desire the very best for you. Follow Me into blessing and favor and good success.

I am the God of breakthrough and I am the Deliverer of your soul. I save to the utmost and I love you completely. Run into the safety of My arms. Run into My arms and yield the substance of your life to Me. Then, let Me renew you, ready you for battle and then with a simple word from your mouth … defeat all that has come against you. United in Me, you can do all things.

Eve Of The Passover

The last plague that God used to free the Jews from Pharaoh and Egyptian captivity was to send the Angel of Death to kill all the firstborn males. Forewarned by God, Jews marked their doors with the blood of a lamb, and, as a result, the Angel of Death passed over their homes. (Exodus, Chapter 12.) God told the Jewish people to mark the day as a memorial day and to observe it as a feast to the Lord forever.

My holy people; even in the midst of all the judgment and the squalor of your surroundings, there is the hope, there is the grace, there is the token – of My love to you. I am ushering in harsh judgment that will be difficult for many to reconcile to a loving God, yet I tell you what you are seeing is just the start of many such judgments, many such calamities that will befall those that have worshipped after other gods, those who have forsaken their true love for another. These are not judgments of the world, but judgments upon My own house, upon the church, for running after other lovers, for running after those that will bring them no help whatsoever.
Many simply cannot comprehend the height and width and depth of My love in this. Many throw up their hands and say “where is God in this, where is at?” I tell you I am right in the middle of it, I am the author of it, I am the instigator of all these things. Why? Because of My great love for My Church.
Out of the ashes of failure and judgment, shall rise a people whose heart is wholly after Mine. There will be a revival that shall rebuild the waste places, a people that shall rebuild the waste places, and the world is not worthy of such a remnant, but nevertheless, it will happen with a certainty.
Down and out are those who are running after other lovers, but those around shall witness what I am doing, they will witness My Hand at work and out of this will rise a remnant that shall be willing to lay down their own agenda and take up Mine. Gone will be the preacher shows. Gone will be the powerless ranting. Gone will be the chaff. In its place shall arise a people who carry My wind, My oil and My fire. Through these shall come a freedom of moving in the Spirit that will be unlike any other. Instead of trying to get Me to bless what they do, they will seek Me with all their heart, listen to My counsel and follow Me. These are truly My disciples and these will be a powerful remnant in the earth.
Then I will open up rivers on the barren hills and wells down in the broad valleys. I will indeed turn the desert into a lake and dry ground into springs. Life and growth and beauty shall be born from ashes. Mighty oaks of righteousness shall be established. My Name will be lifted high and much fruit to Father’s glory shall be laid at His feet.
First must come the burning judgments. Then will come the brilliant flames of consecration.

Communion on the Moon:1969

Forty years ago two human beings changed history by walking on the surface of the moon. But what happened before Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong exited the Lunar Module is perhaps even more amazing, if only because so few people know about it. "I'm talking about the fact that Buzz Aldrin took communion on the surface of the moon. Some months after his return, he wrote about it in Guideposts magazine.

And a few years ago I had the privilege of meeting him myself. I asked him about it and he confirmed the story to me, and I wrote about it in my book Everything You Always Wanted to Know About God (But Were Afraid to Ask).

The background to the story is that Aldrin was an elder at his Presbyterian Church in Texas during this period in his life, and knowing that he would soon be doing something unprecedented in human history, he felt he should mark the occasion somehow, and he asked his minister to help him. And so the minister consecrated a communion wafer and a small vial of communion wine. And Buzz Aldrin took them with him out of the Earth's orbit and on to the surface of the moon.

He and Armstrong had only been on the lunar surface for a few minutes when Aldrin made the following public statement: "This is the LM pilot. I'd like to take this opportunity to ask every person listening in, whoever and wherever they may be, to pause for a moment and contemplate the events of the past few hours and to give thanks in his or her own way." He then ended radio communication and there, on the silent surface of the moon, 250,000 miles from home, he read a verse from the Gospel of John, and he took communion. Here is his own account of what happened:

"In the radio blackout, I opened the little plastic packages which contained the bread and the wine. I poured the wine into the chalice our church had given me. In the one-sixth gravity of the moon, the wine slowly curled and gracefully came up the side of the cup. Then I read the Scripture, 'I am the vine, you are the branches. Whosoever abides in me will bring forth much fruit. Apart from me you can do nothing.

I had intended to read my communion passage back to earth, but at the last minute [they] had requested that I not do this. NASA was already embroiled in a legal battle with Madelyn Murray O'Hare, the celebrated opponent of religion, over the Apollo 8 crew reading from Genesis while orbiting the moon at

Christmas. I agreed reluctantly.

I ate the tiny Host and swallowed the wine. I gave thanks for the intelligence and spirit that had brought two young pilots to the Sea of Tranquility . It was interesting for me to think: the very first liquid ever poured on the moon, and the very first food eaten there, were the communion elements.

And of course, it's interesting to think that some of the first words spoken on the moon were the words of Jesus Christ, who made the Earth and the moon - and Who, in the immortal words of Dante, is Himself the "Love that moves the Sun and other stars."

America's Last Survivor of the First World War

Frank was born on February 1, 1901. At the age of 16, he witnessed the European theatre of World War I, serving in the United States Army as an ambulance driver. In World War II, he became a Prisoner of War in the Philippines and was imprisoned for 39 months. After his return, Frank settled down in West Virginia to his humble farm, where he lived until his death on February 27, 2011, at the age of 110.

Run With The King!

From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us. Acts 17: 26-27

My holy people; My Great Heart yearns for you and for the companionship that I have made possible between us. In all that I am and all that I have done, nothing brings Me more delight than to have My children call out and then listen to Me. Are you listening? Have you reached out and found Me? My heart delights in those who intently listen, who rest their head upon My breast and listen to My Great Heart.

Many of you right now are entering a new time, a new time when you will flourish, when you will be able to move with stealth and agility to do new things and to accomplish much for My Kingdom. For many of you, right now is beginning an appointed time of this grace. Be sure that you continue listening. Be sure that you continue to reach out and find Me. Be sure that you continue to seek after knowing Me and following Me and trusting Me.

As you move under the flow of My anointing, it will become easy to do what you were unable to do not long ago. As My grace pours down over you and through you, it will become increasingly easy to forget to reach out to Me and to listen to Me. Resist this temptation, My holy people. Resist this temptation and cling to Me. It is only as you continue to reach out and find Me that your heart will be in alignment with Mine. You are in My Kingdom and I am your King. As you follow after My Great Heart, you will have your heart aligned with the King.

Don’t forget that it is not about you. Also don’t forget that it is not about Me either. It is about serving others in love. It is all about them.

When I came to serve on earth, I delighted to do Father’s will. I delighted to serve those that He gave Me. You see, it was not about Me. It was not about Father. It was about those that He gave Me.

He has given Me you … and He has given others to you. As you continue to reach out and find Me, you will be able to serve them in love, rather than in your own fleshly nature. Your fleshly nature is corrupt and there is nothing good in it. It drags everything down, even others. But as you reach out and find Me, you will continue in knowing My Great Heart and as you continue in knowing My Great Heart, you will serve those I have given you in love.

Today is a new day for you. Start out early seeking Me. Then follow after My Great Heart all day and see what can happen. See what can happen as you allow Me to lead you by My Great Heart instead of just following your own ideas and your own way today.

Today can be an adventure of sorts for you, if you will let it be. If you will turn loose of your own way of doing things and just follow after My Great Heart, life becomes an adventure. Filled with the Spirit and following My Great Heart; today will be like none other. It will be an adventure, as I lead and direct your steps.

Together My love, we will run through the villages. Together, My love, we will scale mountains and climb ever higher into My will and My way. Together, My love, we will gather fresh fruit for Father, laying it at His feet with great joy.

Oh, My love, My precious bride-to-be … My Great Heart delights in you and delights to be with you, each moment, each day. Won’t you dare to run with Me today? Won’t you dare to run with your King today?

Go Into The Ark

What will it take for humanity to "wake up" from the perilous direction we are headed? Apparently, a lot more than what we've seen. We have blown our "inheritance"—that is, we have spent our free will on developing a world without God that has led to democracies without justice, economies without balance, entertainment without restraint, and pleasures without moderation. But even as we sit morally bankrupt (and the widespread destruction of marriages and families is evidence of this), it has not been enough to correct the consciences of humanity. No… it appears there must also come a "famine" and then a "great stripping away" and "breaking of pride" that has set itself against God our Father. Not until the nations are up to their knees in the pig slop of self-made destruction, it seems, will they be capable of receiving an Illumination. And hence, the 7 Seals of Revelation must be definitively broken in order that the merciful justice of God—that is, letting us reap what we've sown—bring about an awareness of just how far we have fallen from grace.

And so, the night must fall; the darkness of this new paganism must take its course. And then, only then, it seems, will modern man be capable of distinguishing the "light of the world" from the "prince of darkness."
Ultimately, this is a message of hope: that God will not allow mankind to utterly destroy itself. He is going to intervene in a most sovereign and beautiful way. The coming Illumination, perhaps what is called the "6th Seal of Revelation" is going to be an opportunity for the prodigal sons and daughters to return home. Rather than descending upon the world in wrath, the Father will run to whomever will begin the journey home, and welcome them, no matter how grave or lost a sinner they have been.

You be the righteous one, living in fidelity to God’s Word and interceding and praying on their behalf, and I believe God will grant them the opportunity and the graces to—like the prodigal son—come home, before the last half of this great storm passes over humanity:

A Fiery, Pure Heart

My holy people; the idolatry must stop. Do you desire Me to cleanse in My manner? I have promised not to send the flood again, but to send fiery destruction. Do you want fiery destruction? Then keep serving other gods in your life. Keep spending yourself on yourself and keep offering sacrifices to those things that only bring disgrace and dishonor to My Great Name.

You were made for much better than where you are living. You were made to scale walls, to triumph over your enemies, to do exploits and the impossible in My Name. You were made to bring heaven to earth. You were made to bring deliverance to the captives. You were made to make the blind see and the deaf hear. You were made to heal the sick and raise the dead. These are the things worth living for. These are the things worth seeking Me, finding Me and following Me.

For many years now, I have instituted a cleansing program within the Church. I am intent on making you pure and holy for My Great Name’s sake. This means separating you from what you serve, so that all remains is Me. I want undivided hearts serving and following Me. I want a nuclear family, not as the world models, but as heaven models. I want you to serve Me and Me alone. No other heart allegiances, but to Me.

You are made to have pure hearts, focused on loving Me. Then and only then, is your heart the way I desire it to be. You may want all the privileges, but without a pure heart, you really have nothing at all. I am in the business of purifying hearts, of purifying the hearts of those in My Church. It is you, not the world, that I am intent on bringing heart purification to. It is you My love that I desire to make clean and white and lovely. It is you, My precious bride-to-be, that I desire to have an undivided heart of love and affection toward Me.

Serve Me in love and you will see the great sea part before you, the raging enemy completely destroyed behind you, and My promised land ahead of you. Let your heart become completely Mine. Serve Me with a fiery, pure heart.

Come Boldly To My Throne

My holy people; I have not promised you an escape from all difficulties, lots of money, an easy go of it. Rather, I have promised to be with you: step by step, moment by moment; yes even day by day.

I have promised to be with you through the difficulties and this is your source of great peace. I am your source of peace and safety and of comfort and rest. Yes, even in the midst of the great storms of life, I have promised to be with you and that there is no other source for your peace that will be steady and reliable. My Great Heart beats for you, my love.

Never in all of eternity past nor eternity present, shall I love you more than I do right now. My love for you is steady and sure and I desire you to walk beside Me, to walk with Me, with confidence and trust. Though great battles rage around you … I am here to calm your fears. Though the waves toss you and shake you … I am here to provide a secure and safe future free from the debilitating shame and fear that has gripped you up until now.

To Trample Or Treasure?

You may ask how people wind up in hell if God is a loving God. People wind up in hell by trampling the love of God instead of treasuring it.
They ignore it,
spurn it,
yawn over it,
close their hearts to it,
keep saying, "someday, someday, someday."
The Bible says there will be a someday.
It's a day of reckoning.

To those who have spurned His love, God will say in effect,

"I extended Myself to you."
"I made My wisdom available to you."

Icy Cold

My holy people; My Great Heart desire is to improve your seeing, your hearing and your understanding so that you will worship Me and love people. That is the point of it all. That is what I sent My Son to restore: your ability to truly worship Me and to truly love those around you.

Many desire to make a difference in the world around them. I am the answer to all of that. Knowing Me, following Me and following the example My Son gave will do what is necessary to make a difference. I am the God of all grace and My grace will flow to My holy people.

Quit squabbling over worldly issues, over who is most important and who is right and who is wrong. I am looking for those that will wholeheartedly worship Me and love those around them. Thru these My grace will flow unhindered. My favor rests upon those whose hearts belong to Me.

At this time I am sending cold winter storms across all of America. This is a sign and a wonder to all that will hear this. For I have found the heart of America is icy cold. Where are those who will worship Me … not the latest preacher, gimmicks or preacher shows? I have found the hearts icy cold to Me, to knowing My Great Heart and to truly following Me. That is why I have sent blizzards, icy cold storms and snow across the heartland of America.

My desire is to cleanse and purify all that is out of balance with My will. So during this time of the cold winter storms in America … take time to worship Me and to love those around you. Take time from your otherwise busy lives and seek Me with all your heart. My grace is there, if you will search Me out. I am looking over America for those who will wholeheartedly worship Me and love those around them. I am looking for avenues of great grace to flow to you and through you, My broken ones, My cold-hearted ones.

I am restoring the provisions once given to fund My works across the earth. I am restoring true worship and true love of people. I am restoring the broken down and the cold hearted to become fiery worshippers and lovers. Not lovers of preachers, gimmicks and preacher shows … but worshippers of Me and lovers of simple people around you. Allow My grace to flow in and through your lives. Take time to return to the first things, the main things, of life in Me. I am searching. I am restoring. I am pouring out all that is needed to do this work.

Seek My Face. Call upon My Name. Radically follow me.

Apparitions Of Our Lady

The convulsions in nature… the growing apostasy… the words of the Holy Fathers… the apparitions of Our Lady… how can the signs be any clearer? And yet, how much longer will these revolutions and labor pains carry on? Years? Decades? We do not know, nor does it matter. What is essential is that we respond to Heaven’s requests being revealed to us through both the Woman-Mary and the Woman-Church. In his Encyclical Letter on Atheistic Communism, Pope Pius XI summarized the imperative before each and every conscientious Christian—one we can no longer ignore:

When the Apostles asked the Savior why they had been unable to drive the evil spirit from a demoniac, Our Lord answered: "This kind is not cast out but by prayer and fasting." So, too, the evil which today torments humanity can be conquered only by a world-wide crusade of prayer and penance. We ask especially the Contemplative Orders, men and women, to redouble their prayers and sacrifices to obtain from heaven efficacious aid for the Church in the present struggle. Let them implore also the powerful intercession of the Immaculate Virgin who, having crushed the head of the serpent of old, remains the sure protectress and invincible "Help of Christians." —POPE PIUS XI, Encyclical Letter on Atheistic Communism, March 19th, 1937

ON THE BRNK?
How can we fail to understand the times we live in, unfolding before our very eyes on live internet streams and 24 hour cable news? It’s not just the protests in Asia, the chaos in Greece, the food riots in Albania or the unrest in Europe, but also, if not especially, the rising tide of anger in the United States. One almost gets the impression at times that "someone" or some plan is purposely driving the populace to the brink of revolution. Whether it’s billion dollar bailouts to Wall Street, million dollar payouts to CEO’s, driving the national debt to treacherous levels, the endless printing of money, or the growing infringement on personal rights in the name of "national security", the anger and anxiety within the country is palpable. As a grassroots movement called "The Tea Party" grows (reminiscent of the Boston Tea Party revolution of 1774), unemployment increases, and gun sales reach record levels, the recipe for revolution is already brewing. Behind it all, again, seems to be the pervasive and powerful figures hidden from the scene who continue to meet in secret societies such as the Skull and Bones, Bohemian Grove, Rosicrucians etc.:

The Rock Of Truth

In the midst of these pounding waves of uncertainty stands a powerful Rock, the Catholic Church, a bastion and beacon of truth established by Christ to guide His people through the latter times, which began with Christ’s Ascension into Heaven. This, despite her painful scandals and fallible members. And yet, in some quarters, her preachers and teachers have fallen silent when it comes to dealing with our times: the tsunami of moral relativism, the attack on marriage and the family, the destruction of the unborn, rampant hedonism, and many other disturbing trends. The "end times," a subject frequently addressed in Scripture by Sts. Paul, Peter, James, John, Jude, and the Lord Himself, is barely ever mentioned from many pulpits. The four last things—Judgment, Purgatory, Heaven, Hell—have been grossly neglected for over a generation. The fruit of this silence—as we watch in real-time the crumbling of Christian civilization—is abundantly clear:

My people perish for want of knowledge! Hosea 4:6

This is all to say that the Holy Spirit is speaking to the Church. But why aren’t many bishops and priests speaking to the faithful on these matters? Why aren’t the faithful being helped to navigate, in a Catholic context, the growing discussion of "end times" in the main stream media?

Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

"Yes, indeed," Yeshua answered him, "I tell you that unless a person is born again from above, he cannot see the Kingdom of God." John 3:3

My holy people; seeing is for you, for all those who are participants in the good news of the Kingdom. You were made to see, to know and to understand the Kingdom, because I am with you, for you and in you.

Your mind must undergo a radical shift in the days ahead, for if you desire to make a difference, you must quit thinking as you have in the past and instead use the mind of Christ to see, hear and understand the things around you. Quit looking at what you see in the natural and begin to look at what you see in the Spirit.

Vision comes to those who are hungry to see My Kingdom come, My will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. My hungry ones are not satisfied with worldly accomplishments, or even brilliant programs executed flawlessly. My Kingdom facilitators are not looking at what people can see, but they are using the eyes of the Spirit to see, hear and know My Great Heart concerning matters of importance, matters of great importance, to themselves and those around them.

Far gone are the strategies of the last generation, the last year, yes even yesterday. Strategies contrived through human understanding and planning are good to gain human results, but Kingdom strategies are received through seeing, hearing and knowing what is upon My Great Heart.

I am raising up a prophetic and apostolic people that will take this good news of the Kingdom into venues previously unexplored. These people will take time to hear what I have to say and wait upon My power to accomplish the work.

Need will no longer be the plumb-line for measuring My will, but instead what is upon My Great Heart. Why are there so many sick among you, around you and with you? Why are there so many depressed, lonely, heart-sick people not having their needs met? Why are there so many without jobs, without hope and without Me? Could it be that the charity programs that have been contrived do not really measure up to My will? Could it be that the things I desire for you to be doing have more to do with connecting with people as people and demonstrating My power to fulfill those needs, instead of focusing on programs that are based on need?

Programs have always taken the place for Kingdom movement. Programs fill the vacuum left by lifeless, powerless religion. I stand ready to move by My Spirit, but facilitators of religion stand ready to move into programs.

My holy people; without a demonstration of power, you have no good news. Sick people need to get better. Poor people need jobs. Devil dominated people need deliverance. Lost people need salvation. People need a Savior. With no demonstration of power, they do not see Me, but instead they see religion.

It is time to break away from what you know and what you have placed your hopes in before. If you are not seeing Kingdom results after many years of exercising programs and religion, doesn’t it make good sense to try doing it My way instead?

My lovely bride-to-be; I am the way, the truth and the life. I alone connect you with the Father and His Kingdom. This connection is the life source for all that you can ever do. There is nothing better. There is nothing more reasonable. I am the secure, safe way to the Father and His Kingdom. Follow Me.

I sent you the Holy Spirit. Quit rejecting Him. He is your only hope. He is your only real help. Nothing you do will make any difference at all. That may sound radical. It is. I did everything that was needed when I died and rose again. I have sent My ambassadors My Spirit to demonstrate the good news of the Kingdom, not the good news of salvation or any other counterfeit. I came demonstrating the Kingdom and you, My lovely bride-to-be are called as ambassadors to likewise demonstrate the Kingdom. I have sent you into the world to make a company of disciples that will go do likewise. Why do you hesitate so?

Open your eyes to see. Open your ears to hear. Real life is found in Me alone.

Fly Like An Eagle

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40: -31

Quietly waiting on God encourages us, does more to restore our bodies, minds and emotions than anything else we can do. We need to do this regularly. I urge you to insist on quiet time with God. Do not let anyone take those consecrated moments from you. God will empower you to face everything you need to do with renewed physical, emotional, mental and spiritual strength.

If there is something we are suppossed to be doing, the Lord will give us the ability to do it. He will not lead us into a situation and then leave us there to face it alone in our own weak, human power. He is with us. He is our great God. he will harden us to difficulties, help us, uphold us and give us wings to fly like eagles.

A Calling

Many people have the idea that God only calls preachers and missionaries, and the rest of us can do what we want to. But God has a calling for all of His children.

The people that God calls and chooses, His all-stars, are common ordinary people. I thank God for the wise, noble, and mighty who love the Lord. I thank God for any athlete, movie star, or millionaire who will give his or her life to Christ. But God's work is going to be done primarily not through the superstar, preachers, evangelists or celebrities. God's work is going to be done through His ordinary everyday run-of-the-mill people.

God's ways are above our ways and understanding. His thoughts are above our thoughts, and His calling "confounds the wise...." The people that Jesus uses and chooses, God's all-stars, are not people of ability, they are people of availability, who have learned the secret of giving their praise to God.

If you use your life for the glory of God, God will use your life for His glory.

Just As I Am

Singing is a gift of God given to mankind to express the feelings of the soul. The highest and richest form of singing is the giving of praise and worship unto the Lord for who He is and the wonderful works He has done.
Other hymns are sung with a deep sense of conviction with a strong appeal for a total surrender of one's life to the Lord. Such is the hymn, "Just as I am", Written by Miss Charlotte Elliott, 1789-1871

His Kingdom

I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" Then he said, "Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true." He said to me: "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son.” Revelation 21:1-7

What do you imagine heaven will be like? One of the wonderful promises about heaven is that we will enjoy unbroken fellowship with God and that there will be no more death, sorrow, crying or pain. God Himself will wipe away every tear from your eye.

If you are in a difficult season of life, know that God is your very present help in trouble right now, and the day is coming when you will be troubled no more.

God is the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. Since this is the case, He is also everything in between. He knows your situation and will lead you and guide you if you trust Him to do so. Rely on your heavenly Father to give you what you need, one day at a time, and look up to His Kingdom!

On Fire

Never lag in zeal and in earnest endeavor: be aglow and burning with the Spirit, serving the Lord.
Romans 12:11

This verse instructs us to be aglow and burn with the Spirit as we serve the Lord. In order to do this, we have to stay "on fire". How do we stay "on fire?" I have discovered that the Word of God coming out of my own mouth in the form of prayer, praise or confession is the best way I can fan the fire. It stirs up the gift within me, keeps the fire aflame, and prevents my spirit from sinking within me. Staying thankful also keeps me enthusiastic.

Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in Sheol (the place of the dead), where you are going.
Ecclesiastes 9:10

Ecclesiastes tells us to stay active, there is no point in putting things off to do later. That is an expression of passitivity and it is one of the greatest tools Satan uses against God's people. The more passive we are, the more our flames diminish.

Procrastination and laziness are cousins of passitivity, and they usually all attack in a group. Passive people wait to be moved by an outside force before they take action. But we are to be motivated and led by the Holy Spirit within us, not by outside forces. The best way to be on guard against the spirit of passitivity is to do what we need to do now, and do it with all our might.

So then, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you may do, do all for the honor and glory of God.
I Corinthians 10:31

Everything we do is to be done unto the Lord and for His glory. We should do it through Him, to Him, for Him, by Him, and with Him. And we should do it willingly, with our whole hearts stirred up and "on fire" within us.
